Just moved here and NOT a fan. My dog was nicked. I told her he had arthritis and was sensitive about touching his hind quarters. She told us he needed to be muzzled and how bad he was. No one else has ever had that issue because they were gentle with him. He also had a bad cut in places.

We took my Grandma's dog to Seascape Pet Spa along with two other family dogs. The next day I noticed she had a bloody area under her front left arm. I showed my Mom and Grandma and they were shocked to see a dime size flap of skin crusted with blood around it and pus. We have taken her there several times and each time there were little nicks on her under side but this one was a horrible laceration and starting to show signs of infection. We got her into the vet as soon as possible where they had to sedate her, remove the hanging flap of skin and stitch it up. She ended up with 4 stitches and 3 staples. The vet told us someone had tried to glue it back! My Grandpa returned to Seascape to show them pictures of what happened and the owner completely denied it happened there. She even accused him of being up to something! This dog lives inside and is very pampered so there's no way it happened outside. We were just hoping she would be willing to listen, take responsibility so that no other dog has to suffer something like this. It's clear that she does not care about dogs and it's only about the money for her. I feel it's important to warn others so that their family pet does not go thru this and have to pay for a $300 vet bill. Pictures are before, after the skin flap was removed and then stitched up. She should be ashamed of herself!

We took our dog there today for the first time, we just moved here a month ago. When picking up our dog she looked cute and well groomed, I asked if our Lola had done ok with her (Cindy) since it was our first time there, she reassured us she was fine but noticed that she didn't like having her feet and legs clipped. I paid her and gave her a decent tip too. Upon getting home we found a large cut on our dogs back leg that had been glued! Lola kept pulling at the glue, it got stuck in her fur, blood everywhere.. that is when we figured it out. All we needed was honesty, accidents happen, I gave Cindy the opportunity to relay the happing, she didn't...So disappointing. I wouldn't take my dog there not because the incident happened, but because she tried to hide it and gladly took our money. Heck I would have still paid her but she could have declined my tip ...

Did not honor appointment. Was told drop off 8-10:30. Arrived 10:30. Rude lady. Would not recommend. Big concern: why is there not appointments throughout day? Is she afraid of being watched by customers in the grooming of the pets? Hmmm

I had an appointment for my Maltese and Yorkie at 9am on Saturday morning. I arrived to a locked door/dark business. After waiting a bit, I left. The following week, I called to reschedule and was told that she was there with customers …

I've been taking my dog here for about 5ish years and I've never had a complaint. The staff here knows my dog and I well and my dog always gets excited when he walks in the door (which is rare). They treat him with care and he always comes back perfectly groomed (not to long/short). He also gets a surprise bandana and smells nice when I go to pick him up (this December he came back smelling like Christmas trees and it was the cutest thing!). Definitely would recommend this groomer to anyone.

My wife took our beautiful Wheaton Terrier in to Cindy to be bathed and groomed. My wife showed her a picture of what we would like her to look like. She was also very specific about telling her not to shave her tummy. When she went to …
