Coastal Pet Resort Foley, Alabama

I have been taking my dogs here for almost 10 yrs. These people really like animals, and I know that because my babies always have to go back and get one last loving from the staff before they leave. Their prices are more than reasonable. Will always take my pups there when I have to board them.

I cannot give any lower than a 1 or I would. Storm hits, trying to evacuate and the man has the nerve to laugh at us and say everyone is evacuating. Pretty much hung up on us. I hope the absolute worse for these people. Do lot call or bring your animals here. If they treat humans like this, no telling how they will treat pets.

Great, friendly staff took great care of our boy while we were in Gulf Shores. They were happy to let us visit with and walk him each day. Very happy with their service. Walker will visit this Resort again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would totally would. Do your research before leaving any pet in their care. Lost my brother's cat and has absolutely not done anything to help find their animal. Was left with a box of wet food due to their pet having dietary restrictions and was shown pictures of the food untouched. Owner is very arrogant and shady. Check the Facebook page as well more negative reviews as well

The owner and staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating. They helped us out tremendously while we were on vacation and we're extremely affordable, too. I can't say enough good things about how much they helped save our beach plans.

Ron and the staff were great they took care of my dogs while we stayed a short distance away so we could pick them up and take them the rest of your way on the trip so instead of getting in the kennels for 10 days are in our vacation they're only in for four

Very personable, respectful and friendly family. Facility was clean and well suited for all tenants. My animals were treated with care par to my own. 10/10 recommend Coastal Pet Resort. This will be my new permanent business for pet boarding.

We called and made reservations for 3 dogs one being my Father in laws dog who has separation anxiety and has never been alone for a long period of time . I requested they be put in the SAME suit then and AGAIN when I dropped my two dogs off. We also dropped off toys and treats along with their dog beds and blankets. I noticed the women didn't put the toys in before I left and the other dog was not put in there with mine yet. I assumed it was because they were busy and they would do it after. I reminded her when leaving about tge treats and toys.. Well I just picked up all 3 and they DID NOT PUT THEM TOGETHER SO MY FATHER IN LAWS DOG WAS ALONE FOR 3 DAYS. They did not give them their toys or treats. There was no water in the room either. When first dropping them off the room was set up with a TV , arm chair and mini human dog bed replica. I thought it was ok. When I got back the arm chair was turned to the corner so they couldn't use it and they were curled up on a dog bed togeather basically cowering under tge TV. My dogs are my kids. I ask you to do something and non of it was done. Period! I also have feeding instructions. Half a can of wet food a day and leave out hard food all day. Well awhile can was in a bowl on top of their dry food. Also not cool. I give this place 2 thumbs down.

They have groomed our dog 3 times now and have always done and excellent job. They are decent priced as well.

This place was great. Staff was friendly. It was a bit more expensive than our usual boarder but overall it was great. Charlie had his own little bed and a sofa chair as well as a TV to keep him comfortable. It was such a cute set up.

I specifically said I only wanted about a half in taken off my pups hair. She even repeated that I only want about 1/2 the length cut. His fur was not matted. I asked that his feet be shaved to keep him cleaner longer. He his a havechon. I picked him up and he has been completely shaved. I am so disappointed.

Excellent. Dropped off dog for a day. $20 the going rate. Clean, and courteous staff!

One of the best, sweetest, and cleanest I have seen. Came into town not knowing dogs were not allowed on the beach, coastal pet resort took in our 4 Yorkies and their kindness blessed us so much. Thank you coastal pet resort. God bless your business!

Groomed my Morkie and my Standard poodle-excellent and thank you

Moved here in August and I needed a groomer for my 14 year old dog. He is about 10 lbs Left him on a Saturday @8:00 and picked him up @10:30. Great FAST service. Great JOB We will be back next time Merry Christmas

I love how the girlee dose my chi-yorkee. They also clip the katz claws. Once I picked up my pooch, and he was fast asleep, tranquil.

I brought my shitzhu to this groomer and was very disappointed. My sweet girl shook for two days! She's 4yrs old and something like this has NEVER happened, somehow she had to be traumatized by the grooming experience at this establishment. Never again!!

Appointment to drop off my small dog was for 9am. I was told when I dropped her off it would be 3-4 hours till she was ready. 6 hours later I picked her up. She looked great but what's the point of an appointment then it takes 6 hours. Longest I have ever had to wat was 2 hours. Apparently they get all the dogs dropped off early in the morning then they sit in kennels till it's their turn.

Great place nice and clean..i took a friend there to get her dog groom they did an awesome job..She Been going there for awhile they treated her so great she is 91 years old and they respect her and showed her compassion cause her dog is her life and she kept telling the groomer what's up and she respect her ..great place.i would shout a thank you for them and if you all need to go there I think you all would love them and your pet will feel right at home...great groomer and owner and front desk lady all wonderful...keep up the great work...

They are not nice people. Especially the man that works in the front. Very rude.. will NEVER go back

The people working there are so friendly. The owner is a retired vet. They're who I take my dogs to when we're in the Gulf every winter. They cut my dogs exactly like I want them cut!
