Rude. The owner glared at me and my dog as we entered the door as first time customers. The owner asked the groomer to check my dog for mats while we stood in the lobby. I said my dog doesn’t have mats. The owner replied, “They all say that.” Well, they discovered my dog did not have mats. I just needed help with a bath due to a new job and lack of time. This was the first and last time I stepped into this business.

My girlfriend took the dogs there because our long hair dog has problems being brushed and gets mats. An employee told her that there would be an extra charge next time. That's understandable, however after asking about advice to help he yelled at her saying its not his problem and don't let it happen. They also made our dog look like a bobble head not cutting the hair around his eyes or neck. Everyone should go to a different groomer than this place. If the staff was more respectful it wouldn't be an issue, but they never change.

Have known Sue for a long time. Every grooming Sailor Smith gets is great. All the staff are friendly, love pets and work hard to please every customer.

Extremely overpriced. Originally quoted a price that was very high, but was assured it would be less. I was given this quote by 3 different people. Upon pickup I was given a price 21% higher than the quote. Not only that my dog's abdomen (accidentally originally typed leg and did not realize it) ears were bleeding. Edit: Owner called said I defamed her business and she has 2 customers that are lawyers. Also stated I "scared her worker to death". This is the same worker that was very rude. Worker would not work with me on price (since one service in the package was not done aka substitute). Owner stated all pricing goes through her even though later in our conversation she said my pricing hadn't gone through her because she was at home tending to 19 puppies. Owner also stated I could not have been quoted a price because they do not do that over the phone to which my reply was I made the appointment in person with my dog and was given a price then and when I got there today. Conversation ended with owner stating she would "pay me back my money". Maybe it was a bad day, but we will not be back. Edit #2 6/3/19: Blocked the owner and she has contacted me again on a different number. Again threatening a law suit unless I remove my Google and Facebook reviews and/or give her proof. Also stated she is friends with Judge Flowers. My dog's ears were so tender I could not pet them let alone get a picture (did try). Owner went on to say, "I also noticed you have over 100 blogs on other people. I'm sure they would appreciate knowing what your are doing." I do not have any blogs on people let alone know what she's talking about. All the while claiming she is not threatening me. I was able to get a picture of his abdomen (sanitary area). Mind you this picture is 4 days old and still looks like this. He finally let me touch that enough to get a picture.

I am always satisfied. I love the express service and normally my dog is ready for pickup within an hour.

I brought my very old miniature poodle here and they did a GREAT job shaving and styling her, even though she is an old cranky dog who doesn't like to be touched. Thank you ladies!!!

Monthly visits for 6+ months...every visit has been a positive experience for my 14 year old terrier. I appreciate the option for express grooming since my dog gets anxious. The groomers and owner have always been friendly & attentive to my dogs grooming. Many thanks!

Would not recommend. Took my dog to them and had very inconsistent cuts. One time would be fine, next time terrible. The last cut was so bad the owner told me I could bring my dog up another time the following week to get it fixed. Then when I brought him up during the time frame she gave me she said she did not have time for him. I asked if she could at least trim up up his ear to match the other one as they were very off and lopsided. She then accused me of cutting my dogs hair myself as she said a dog would never leave their salon like that. I told her my dog absolutely was sent home like that and that is why I asked him to be recut. Needless to say we found another groomer. Terrible customer service from the owner of this business. I would never have my dog groomed here again.

What a disgrace this place is. They beat dogs. A few weeks ago I picked up my pup with cuts all over him after a haircut. I asked for a haircut then they shaved everything off, so unacceptable. DO NOT GO HERE!

My dogs have been groomed here several times. They do a decent job but the last time in Nov 18 one of my dogs got cut (5 lbs yorkie poo) by the owner and had to have staples to close the wound. My husband picked up my dogs and she had the audacity to charge us after cutting one my dogs. Then both dogs got sick with some type of cold virus. I can't say for sure if they got it from this business but to me there are no coincidences. Two weeks and lots of medication later they are ok. I will never take my dogs here again!!!!

Came here today to get my dog a bath and his nails cut. I was charged 26 dollars for this service. When I picked him up his nails were not done and they would not give me money back for that part of the service. Unless you want to pay for a $26 dollar bath then I would pick another groomer

I have been taking my Miniature Schnauzer here for over a year and they always do a great job with my little man! I've always been able to get an appointment quickly! Everyone hah always been friendly and helpful! They always call with any concerns or questions with his cut!

Our dog has been here once before and they did an amazing job. She's an English bulldog and her ears are always very dirty and they cleaned them out very well. The lady that groomed her called when she was ready and said how much she loved our dog and how good she was. It's good to see people so passionate about what they do. We actually have an appointment in the morning for her to get groomed again. The prices are very reasonable too! I definitely recommend this place!

I've taken my Morkie several times and have been happy about every other time. Today my pup did not get a very good cut. She looks kind of funny - poor girl. Oh well, it will grow out. We probably will be looking for another groomer.
