Very nice and professional company, Jason came and saw our horse who was very sick and guided us through what needed to be done, I hated to meet this company under the circumstances that I did, however we know who to call to have a horse examined. Dr. Matt and Molly are the best ever. Dr. Matt is very responsive, even when he doesn't have to be. He is so professional and knowledgeable. More importantly, he really cares about the horses he treats. Molly, his right hand is a fraction of the size of the horses she handles, but every bit as tough. I've seen her in action with these horses and she's afraid of nothing. I'm thankful for their commitment to great service, it shows in their execution and hard work.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Southern Crescent Equine.They made an otherwise terrible situation a little easier forme and my very sick pony and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Reedy and her whole staff.My pony ended his life with dignity and peace and will forever rest on the beautiful grounds of SCE.Thankyou.

Great people and vets. The whole staff is wonderful

The vets and vet techs are awesome. They make farm calls which help me tremendously since i don't have a horse trailer. Dr. McClellan specializes in hoof problems and I am grateful for his knowledge and expertise. My 36 year old mare has hoof problems and with his help she is doing MUCH better!❤????

Truly the best equine vet care we've ever experienced. The Doctors are the highly knowledgeable and committed to the latest techniques, assisted by the most caring and professional assistants who correctly anticipate every move by both horse and doctor. All of this while being anchored by an all-star office and barn staff, making the practice run like a clock. We can't say enough good things about Southern Crescent.

I am a new horse owner and I was referred to Southern Crescent Equine by my trainer. One of the vets and his assistant came out for a farm call and I was not pleased. I felt like the vet was in a rush and didn’t really seem interested.... I had to ask that his hoofs be looked at which in my mind would be included in a health check. Again I’m new so I may be incorrect. However, there seemed to be an overtone of why do you have a horse, what’s your plan for this horse which I was asked and do you understand how expensive this will be which was implied The visit lasted no more than 20 minutes and I spent a little over 200.00. I was hoping to establish a primary vet for Chance and to establish a long lasting relationship. It’s disappointing but I will keep looking.

Amazing practice with very horse smart vets.

We are very fortunate to have the excellent vets and facility of Southern Crescent Equine in our area.

The services provided are overall great, and I have had good expereinces with other employees, but one of the women (i wont disclose her name) who looked at a horse i was selling was very unprofessional and disclosed untrue information to other clients without my knowledge. I suspected he had narvicular, and after she performed a nerve block on him, she confirmed there was a 99% chance he had narvicular, but tried to get me to pay $100's for x-rays just to be 100% sure. I explained that I could not afford that, but will make sure to treat him accordingly to him having narvicular. She then went on to tell another client that I refused x-rays for this horse making it out that i did not care about his well being and causing alot of problems.

Wow, Dr. Weldon, I want to let you know that Falina's teeth are so perfect now! She sure needed that dental work. She's eating, welllll, like a horse. Gaining weight before our very eyes. Woo hoo!
