Suzi is an animal lover through and through. Our little baby Lulu does not love being around other people or animals...but the moment she met Suzi all that changed. She is caring and loves to send you photos of what your pet is doing so you don't worry so much. It's like summer camp but better!

Suzi is the absolute best! Having no human children, Sammy, a miniature schnauzer, is my child!! I absolutely cannot stand to leave her when we go away, but I don't worry for a second when leaving her with Suzi! She is part of the family there and loved immensely. Suzi takes amazing care of her and treats her like her own fur baby! It makes me feel so good knowing that someone will care for her the way I do! My husband and I have even said if something happened to us we would leave Sammy to Suzi! I cannot say enough good things about her! Your fur baby is in great hands with her!

I've been using Homeward Hounds for years to take care of my Labrador. When I say "Let's go see Suzie" Molly is ready to go. I know Suzie treats my pet like she was her own, and have no problem leaving Molly for a day or a week. When your pet likes her keeper, you know they are getting treated with kindness and love. Suzie is simply the best.

I've used Homeward Hounds too many times to count since moving to PTC 17 years ago and I've never been disappointed. My pups love her and are always happy and well cared for when I pick them up. She's a true animal lover and it shows :) My vet knows her and approves so that makes it even better. Use her - you won't regret it.

Homeward Hounds/Suzi Abrams is by far our first choice when we need a dog sitter. We have used her service on several occasions, one time for nearly 2 weeks. We have 5 dogs that are truly members of our family. I love how Suzi pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew about each of our dogs: feeding schedules, nicknames, routines, likes/dislikes, etc. This last trip, 3/2021, one of our senior girls, Foxy, who is on heart meds and a special renal diet, stopped eating. Suzi calmly updated us on Foxy’s condition and asked, with our approval, she would like to feed her eggs and salmon as an alternative. I am happy to say that Suzi’s suggestions worked and our girl started to eat. Foxy takes her heart medication with food and not eating would be detrimental to her health. Suzi is trustworthy, kind, and truly loves animals. Her compassion and experience caring for animals is second to none. Our dogs love her. By far, she has been the best pet sitter we have ever had. Definitely a five-star service! We would be happy to provide personal references upon request. Suzi is the absolute BEST! Our kitties are quite spoiled, so they are accustomed to certain things. Suzi treats them like they are her own and never misses any of their special desires!! Suzi is a fantastic pet sitter! She takes care of all our inside and outside kitties. She spends all the time she needs to with each kitty and will do special tasks such as warm up some milk for a special treat. Booger rates her an A+ !

I can't say enough great things about Suzi and the way she loves animals!! I had read all the glowing reviews here and knew she must be wonderful to have so many positive comments. But, until she took care of our three boxers for the week, I had no idea how TRUE all these comments were! Every day of our vacation, Suzi was kind enough to send me texts and videos of our boys running, playing, and getting love from her.
