People are really nice and Dr. Barnes is great.

I was moving my dog to this vet from another city. The staff treated me and my dog amazing. I look forward future visits with them.

Hope your pet isn't sick or scheduled. They change the hours and how things run monthly. It's a pain.

Always very friendly and great with the pets! The vet always provides great care for the animals and the entire staff does an excellent job.

This vet didn’t bother to tell me either time I came that my Dixie may have a reaction to his shots. Well he did and their emergency number in the middle of the night when my dog was throwing up was not accepting new patients ! Then the next morning the nurse tells me oh yeah well “that’s not on us” that they aren’t taking new patients. They want to pump my 5 lb pup full of steriods and sign him up for another round of shots where they will put him on more steriods. When I got to the vet first thing the next morning the doctor wasn’t even there. This place really sucks!

This facility is amazing. They took the best care of my critter and worked with me to get the quickest appointment possible.

I've taken my dog there for the past 3 or so years...I will say that he has received very good medical care, and that the staff are very friendly...my concerns are: 1) cleanliness, or lack thereof...they need to hire someone to clean the clinic routinely, 2) their website needs to be updated...especially as to who their current vets are: We were only treated by Dr. Davis on our first visit...on subsequent visits, we were treated by another vet not noted on their website...I took him there today due to some allergy concerns, and he was seen by a female vet who, again, is not listed on their website...not sure, why Dr. Davis is not seeing patients anymore, but we (clients) need to be advised/informed of changes in veterinary staff...again, they really need to update the website...

My husband and I are now huge fans of Family Friend Animal Hospital! I love their communication and you can really tell that they care about your pet. What was really awesome was that they did not try to add everything to our bill from the start - it wasn't a sales pitch (like another vet we used previously). They gave my cat the care she needed at a reasonable price! We will definitely be back!

Yesterday was a Bitter Sweet moment for us. We had to put our Furbaby to sleep because of Cancer. They provided 5plus years of Care for Quoto. Everyone there gave excellent service and Support. Arbuckle and Vagr our other Furbabies Love the care that they received.

The only place I actually feel comfortable leaving my son, I don't stress my whole trip

Our dog Max was struggling to hang on and we knew it was time for him to pass. The office staff and Dr Matt were about to close on a Saturday and stayed in to let us let Max go compassionately. I will not forget the kindness of everyone that stayed longer that day they truly are very kind ethical people and I recommend this place to any animal owners!

1st time visit and my puppy got car sick and they cleaned it up for me!!! Service was fast and the staff was very friendly. I was so nervous but they made everything so easy. They explained what was going on and what needed work.

We were trying to adopt a puppy ( our previous dog passed away in an accident) The rescue called to confirm vet information. They clinic gave them false information and our records as pet owners were untrue. The application was denied. I called the clinic, they said that they never provided the false information. It was cleared that someone did it and didn’t want to take responsibility for the act.

My first visit here was during the pandemic, thus I was not able to personally meet Dr. Matt. However, the curbside service we received from his staff was professional and kind. When I spoke with Dr. Matt on the phone, he explained what was going on with my dog, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns. I was given an estimated range for the cost of my dog's procedure, and the final cost was on the low end of that range. His staff even called to check on my dog the day after his procedure. Very professional and caring experience.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Dr. Matt and the whole staff take excellent care of our pets. They have for years. We are completely confident they will always receive the best of care and love any (and every) time we take our furbabies there. They rock!!!

These folks take great care of my animals. We have been customers for years and are treated very well. They were wonderful at the worst time, when I had to put my dog down. I was amazed at how great they were about it all.

Great place the only place that will take big dogs love them for it

All of the staff were very professional, courteous, and thorough. They made my doggie Titus and I feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I caught a cat that was coming to our house. We took it to family friend to see if it had a chip. They would not even scan the cat. They said it was too wild and to take it to animal control and let them deal with it. This is absolutely ridiculous. We are not taking the poor cat to the pound to be put down. We will take it to a rescue place. I will not be going back here and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
