Paradise for Pets Grooming and Boarding Navarre, Alabama

We have been using Paradise for Pets for the past few years. They have groomed our daughters pomeranian, our two Aussies, my youngest daughters service dog Prince, and now our two yellow labs. We have had nothing but great customer service, excellent grooming and care of our fur babies, and they always call or let us know if there is anything out of the ordinary. I know in this day and time it is hard for businesses and people to please everyone. It is challenging to provide services to meet everyones expectations today, but I can say we love bringing our pets to Paradise for Pets and we recommend them to everyone. Thank y'all for taking good care of our fur babies and making them beautiful. The Sanders Fam to Coco, Chloe, Prince, Maisey, and Millie. :-)

I have a skittish rescue pup who doesn’t feel safe around many people or dogs but from the first visit they have always taken extra special care of her. They are so nice and always talk to her and reassure her. The best place I’ve ever taken her by far!!

My puppy loves getting her grooming done here. And she looks wonderful every time. The staff is nice and very friendly. Fast service and it does not smell like dog here. Very nice place.

My little guy has never looked better!! Wonderful establishment and they took the time to explain everything they did. Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Rebooked his next appointment right then and there. Very happy!

Mitch did an amazing job bathing and grooming my boy Clifford. I was just thrilled. This place is top notch. Don't believe any of the negative reviews because they are plain wrong!

Google should not count the negative reviews for restricting certain dog breeds because Paradise clearly notifies potential customers on their rules. The shop separates the dogs by size and allows them to play while they wait. When I pick up my dog she acts like she had a great play date at the spa vs. spending a terrifying day trembling in a kennel surrounded by other miserable dogs locked up in strange kennels. I think the breed restriction is an added value because my dog is always happily playing when I go in to pick her up and that is worth more than 5 stars.

We are in the Navarre area temporarily in our RV and had the good fortune of finding Paradise for Pets Grooming to get our miniature poodle groomed. Took him there this morning and Kailey did a fantastic job. Mitch, the owner, educated us on proper techniques for maintaining the beautiful job Kailey did. We found Mitch and Kailey to be professional, courteous and caring. We would become forever clients if we lived here. Highly recommend.

The business owner or male employee (he would not answer if he owned the business)harassed me and my 70 year old mother- in- law due to parking in a spot in front of the store. My mother -in -law had an appointment at an establishment two doors down. She walks with a walker and has poor mobility. As I was helping her out of the car, he asked me if we were using another business, I said "Yes". He asked me to park in another spot because this spot was for his patrons that have dogs. I nodded yes, and helped my mother-in-law to her appointment. I was unable to move the car due to helping my mother-in-law at her appointment. This could not have been helped. There were plenty of open spaces in the parking lot when we arrived. When we were walking back to our car, this man was waiting for us outside and said," its been an hour!! you are rude ma'am! He continued to tell me how rude I was over and over. All the while, I am helping my mother-in-law into the car.I had to pack her walker and stow it in the car, he continued to tell me how inconsiderate I was. I asked several times if he was the owner, but he gave no answer. He told me I could have parked closer for her. At the time, this spot was the closest. He continued to talk as I got into the car. My concern is that if this is how this man treats humans that are obviously physically challenged and minding their own business; how does he treat animals that do not cooperate with him when no one is around.

Herky enjoyed his several stays at Paradise for Pets, great environment. We were here in Navarre for the past 2 months and we have used them on a weekly basis for overnight boarding during our stay. Thank you Mitchell and Staff!

Staff is family ran. Facilities are exceptional and clean. Very reasonable fair rates. They went above and beyond to make all my experiences as convenient as they should be. Highly recommended!

Will not groom certain breeds due to "their aggressive tendencies." Was disappointed that the owner would not even meet my dogs to determine whether or not they were aggressive for himself. Instead he said to send a picture to determine if "she looked like a german shepard." Aggressive breeds can be great dogs if trained properly just as "non agressive breeds" can be agressive if not trained properly. Poor professionalism.

Recommended by a friend for boarding. Made an appointment for grooming ( convenient location), they had no record of appointment, hadn't mentioned shot requirements so had them check via vet (with much grumbling), where I had all the vet recommended...said required specific shot the vet hadn't recommended...asked vet who said only given upon request but usually required only for boarding...but owner said I needed it for grooming...made appointment for following is day at another groomer (recommended by same friend) & that shot wasn't required for grooming, but was for boarding. Mentioned all this to my friend & she said she still recommends them for boarding but she was able to put up with owner grumbling...

Nice woman allowed me to hold my dog in lobby While his nails were trimmed. It was a little pricey in comparison to what I usually pay.

I called to inquire about boarding prices for my yorkie a few weeks ago and spoke with the owner. When I called, I asked a few questions and he answered them all with kindness. He then asked when did I need boarding and few more questions about my yorkie. At the end of the call I told him that I had to talk with my wife and I may get back with him. I received a call this morning from the owner stating that he had me scheduled for a drop off this morning. After I informed him that I was not scheduled to drop my pet off, he stated that he should have taken a deposit from your a** and that this is a shi**ty holiday and hung up. Very unprofessional and uncalled for when I never made an appointment in the first place. No matter if a customer made an appointment and didn't come, you still don't cuss them out. We will never ever take our dog to this groomer, nor refer anyone else to them.

Paradise for Pets is a wonderful place to take your pets. I have my dogs groomed there and recently had my dogs boarded. I was worried about boarding my 15 yr old senior dog, but Paradise for Pets staff put my mind at ease. My dogs were happy and well cared for. Highly recommend

They don't like big dogs

Theses guys are so caring to our older little ones...one diabetic and blind and one with fused discs and bone spurs in her back. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Paradise for Pets is an awesome place to take your fur babies. I have a 50 + lb 8 months old wild child and they take care of her nails. Even though she is a ball of energy the staff is extremely patient with her and always treat her with love and gentleness that will keep us coming back for all of her grooming needs. Please check them out people! They are wonderful to work with and wonderful for your fur babies.

Kalie does a wonderful job grooming our Khaleesi. Place is clean, price is comparable to other locations. We have used their boarding for small to medium size dogs and have been very happy with the care Khaleesi received from Mitch and his staff. Highly recommend ..

Looked clean and nice but wouldnt take my mutt because she had a blue tongue so I took her to a different groomer ????

We recently moved to the area and Paradise for Pets came highly recommended by anyone we asked! They didn’t disappoint! They were able to accommodate the last minute boarding. Their facility is super clean, the staff is amazing and treated our dog like their own!

The owner was very helpful. He gave me several names of places near by to take care of my German Shepherds grooming needs. Thanks for taking time out of your day to call me back and help me find a place to take care of my girl. Very professional and very appreciated.
