Great staff and compassionate Care for my fur family.

I had a appointment and waited in the exam room for 1 hour and 15 minutes . 45 minutes before I was told they had a emergency. I finally had to leave without anything being done. I will give them 1 more chance before going elsewhere but this is totally unacceptable customer service.

They had me in and out…I appreciate how they picked up on my urgency regarding my time and having to be at work. Thanks ya’ll ????

Excellent staff and facility. Had an emergency while in from out of town. They were quick, efficient, and calm. The vet on duty was exceptional.

The environment was friendly, professional, and clean. Dr. Milligan was knowledgeable, caring, and calm. She communicated clearly and kindly concerning our Parvo patient. I left feeling like a weight was lifted with him in their care.

When I first dropped my critically ill kitty off for emergency care, the vet was initially harsh and not very compassionate. After discussing some careplans and payments she became a bit more considerate. All other staff was very kind and empathetic throughout my pets entire stay. We did end up paying around $1400 for an 18 hr stay with no answers as to what was wrong with her. She did not make it through her mysterious illness despite their care which I certainly do not blame them for. Still disheartening. Staff offered condolences at that time and was very helpful.

About 10 months ago, I brought my sick cat to Carriage Hills Animal Hospital. I didn't have a dime in my pocket and was dealing with tumors in my brain. I initially called our Vet, at the time, and they refused to see my cat because I couldn't pay. I called Carriage Hills, told them I couldn't pay and they said to bring her. Now, not only am I a fully paying customer at Carriage Hills but my cat, Coffee, is at her best. Dr. Doucet is wonderful!

This place is the most caring place you can take your pet to be taken care from medical problems to getting them a haircut. They are great.

My 6-month old kitty, Anne Jo, broke her hind leg. I was in shock, I panicked, and had no idea where to go, since I just recently moved to Montgomery. I called the clinic and they immediately told me to bring her in. The staff was friendly and sincere and they treated us with the sense of urgency and care that we both needed. The doctor immediately prescribed a treatment plan and Anne had a surgery the next day. The surgeon personally spoke with me before the surgery and I felt that I was treated with dignity and respect, but most importantly, I felt that Anne was in good hands. I will definitely bring my other cats here.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The doctor's really show care for your pet.

My dog Buddy is always so happy to stay here. I was on vacation for 3 weeks and left him with Carriage Hills and he was happy and content when I came back. I want sure he was going to come home with me, I thought for a minute he was going to stay with Desiree.

They were absolutely amazing with my baby. She was attacked by another dog they cked her out put her on meds told me what i needed to do and took great care of her

They only wanted to see broken bones on labor day. My dog was seriously sick. Very disappointing . If I could give you zero stars would.

They were great in getting us in without an appointment. Dr. Griffin was great and thorough. Services were a little expensive but fair.

Had to take our fur baby in due to her being very lethargic and vomiting after her trip to the Groomers. Everyone at this location was very nice. My husband liked the fact they asked alot of questions to try to figure out the problem and let us know the cost of Every procedure bf doing anything. They even called the next day to check on her. Highly recommend

My dogs always receive the best care from their boarding kennels when we go on vacation. My favorite employee is a sweet girl named Heidi (I think that’s how you spell it). She always tells me about my dogs’ stay and is so kind and helpful with all of my crazy dog mom requests. I come back just because I know she is looking after my dogs! I love this clinic and my dogs also love to come. The baths are also good quality, but Heidi always does my dogs so I can’t speak for all of them!!

Needed some vaccines updated. Called and got an appointment within a few days. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are good too!

My wife takes our babies here, and they have always done us an excellent job. Our two shepherd girls always like coming here. They are our world, and I wouldn’t recommend a place if they genuinely aren’t very good.
