First visit and couldn't be happier! My pup was happy and calm when I picked her up. Everything was peaceful in their salon and the staff just couldn't be sweeter. My baby looked absolutely beautiful! I'm so happy to say we've found "our" new groomers at Groomin Tails!

Kimberly did a awesome job on Yeager hand stripping him, he has a harsh coat. She knew how to hand strip him. Edna's the owner made us feel at home. They even made him a bandana too. That's cool! You can tell the team really loves animals. YAY!!

This was our 2nd time taking our puppy. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable about everything I asked. I think we found our new groomer! I've attached before and after pictures.

I highly recommend Groomin Tails Pet Salon. They took care of my standard and miniature Dachshunds for me and they do a fantastic job. They do excellent work on all pets.

I take my Shi-tzu to Rachel at Groomin Tails and I have known Edna for many years. They are always courteous and accommodating. My dog won’t let anyone else trim her nails. They are always so loving and caring to my dog.

Very professional and cut my pup exactly as I asked. That did not shave him down to the skin like some places even though you asked them not to; he looked beautiful when I picked him up.

The worst place I’ve ever had to experience!! Do not take your fur baby to this place! Not carrying at all... rude,nasty,careless There are a lot of better places to go to then this place.

The grooming was very well done, and I was pleased. However a few days later my poor baby had fleas (he's never had fleas in the 4 yrs he's been on this Earth) and all his hair started falling out straight down the middle of his back :( Not sure if some of the other dogs had fleas or not but my poor baby developed an allergy from the fleas which caused his hair loss. My mom is keeping my babies for me for a while so she informed me about the fleas and hair loss.

We started taking our schnauzer, Pepper, to Groomin Tails 7 years ago. The care he received as well as the grooming were perfect. Pepper passed away a few years ago. When we decided to get another dog we chose another schnauzer, Rudy. Now we take him to Groomin Tails for his care and grooming. We wouldn't take our fur baby anywhere else!

The groomer Julie is not taking responsibility for the fact she lied to me, and I quote, "I am the one who usually grooms him" about being my dog's groomer, which is why she couldn't complete him because he is a difficult personality. He is matted and is always matted when he gets groomed, this is the only groomer to give him back to me not finished. In response she insulted me as a pet owner and assaulted my financial status. Whether I can afford to take him to a vet and have him sedated for grooming is no one's business and is not an option at the mention from a groomer. She couldn't groom my dog because she is not his usual groomer. When did lying to customers become common practice? I have since located his groomer through Facebook and she will be picking him up next week. I had friends that were taking their dogs here on my recommendation. I can no longer recommend this salon because apparently it's alright to lie to clients. Julie Mcrae is my regular groomer, found her on Facebook, she's amazing, Curly loves her. The salon slandered her saying she showed up to work drunk and was fired, whatever, I don't even care, this lady grooms my dog and does it well. I love her too.

All of our fur babies love to go here, and their prices are reasonable.
