We have always been pleased and professionally treated in our many years and many fur family we have entrusted to Goodwin Animal Hospital at Atlanta Hwy. We know they are safe and expertly treated there at all times. We appreciate the care and love they show our "children" while we are at work or out of town.

Everyone at Goodwin is friendly, professional, and efficient! They exhibit a great amount of compassion about each member of our family! We recently had an emergency, which they handled calmly and quickly.

They took FANTASTIC care of my kitty Poncho while he was sick. They had him feeling his best again in just a couple of days. They aren’t my usually vet, but I think I’m going to swap. A great experience and I’m so satisfied. Thank you all for the love you gave to my baby.

My dog was very nervous going in for her annual checkup, but the staff and Doctor were very kind and patient with her and made her feel relaxed.

Took my 2 dogs to an appointment for grooming , shots, monthly medications, annual checkup and to have one of them check for allergies and meds and the other for arthritis. Went to pick them up and to talk to the doctor about my concerns. Got the dogs, awaited for the doctor and after awhile an assistant came to tell me that it was going to take some time to talk to her because she was busy. She offered for the doctor to call me on the phone so we could discuss my concerns. This was Tuesday, what happened with a call on Wednesday? Let’s see if they call tomorrow Friday. Did the assistant let the doctor know? Did the doctor dismiss or disregard my concerns? When you pay over $800 to visit a vet, you expect better service and follow up.

From Dr. Snead on down the line - The front office check-in staff to the back office tech's. Everybody was a pleasure to conduct business with and everybody was so gentle with Sarah and loved all over her. I never once felt rushed and when I had questions I got clear, concise answers and in no way was I ever made to feel like I was being a bother asking them.

When ever I have to be out of town I can count on this place to take care of my dog. I understand that everyone is struggling to survive during this ongoing pandemic but I think a lot of business need to take into consideration that everyone can't walk in and pay you full price for services you just performed on their pet. Then their the choice of care credit that comes up. Everyone wants to get paid and everyone want to be able to pay but credit might not be an option for everyone. Do I want my pet taken care of? Yes! Do I want to pay the vet who performed the services? Yes! I can't pull that kinda money out and besides there are other expenses that has to be taken care of. I just don't think they should asked for it all at once. You asked me to voice my opinion well this is it. Thanks for reading.

My very grumpy 13 year old dog just loved Dr . Snead , I liked her also . Will be seeing her again from now on! For my other dog we will see Dr. Sternenberg , He is not as temperamental as my older dog and I love Dr Sternenberg !

I've always trusted, and had great confidence in, the care they provide here for my pet. The Veterinarians are all very knowledgeable and kind enough to fully explain the answers to any pet related questions or concerns I have. And that offers a lot of peace of mind and comfort knowing I have professionals I can turn to for solid, reliable answers.

The staff were very loving towards my fur baby. When I came to pick him up he was calm and seemed happy.

We just moved to Montgomery and needed to board our 3 dogs. The office is so clean and decorated beautifully! The staff are friendly and so welcoming. Picking up our dogs was easy, and they returned to us anxiety free, not smelling of incontince and so happy! One of our dogs has a little doggy cold and they squeezed us in within 2 hours of our call and helped us get him back in good health.. We are beyond impressed and incredibly thankful for the quality of care they delivered. We can't thank you enough for being amazing and we will absolutely be back with our pups!

I’ve used Y’all for about 20 years and very pleased with your service. Molly does a great job grooming Muffin! The staff is cheerful, caring and eager to be of service! They all (including the veterinarians and those that assist him) love our Shi tzu mix named Muffin and they all work together to give him the best of care in Montgomery! I highly recommend giving them a chance to love on your pet!

Goodwin Animal Hospital doctors and staff are genuine and professional. They are there every step of the way with your pet needs. From the first visit to the final visit Dr Snead has been compassionate and truly caring for all our pets, past and present. I can’t say enough about the quality of care our pets receive every time the go for a visit. Highly recommend if you are looking for a caring vet.

Been taking my dogs to Goodwin for 6 years and I’ve always been met with the utmost professionalism and TLC for my fur babies from ALL the staff there.

Everyone was kind and professional with my dog Isadore. They were able to fit him in the same day I called. Dr. Goodwin is my new vet for Isadore.
