Friendly environment. Made sure I had all information needed to take care of all my fur babies and followed up to make sure we were okay during injuries or sickness. Awesome Sauce!!!????????????

If i could put 0 stars i would. I took my dog here on 11/5/21 staff was very nice and was told that she only had a gum infection, given antibiotics and sent home. I thought after antibiotics my baby would be fine. Found out today 11/28/21 from a different vet after spending the night with my 11 lbs baby vomiting and coughing all night that she is in stage 5 of heart disease and may only live 6 months to a year.... Im so hurt and disappointed that i didn't know sooner. Im sorry but don't trust your babies here.

They are Wonderful. Very knowledgeable. We were squeezed in at the last minute. I was so grateful.

I went to take my kitten there because he was vomiting. However, I made an appointment for the next day already. I called and ask can I bring my kitten in that morning instead of my appointment day. I got a quick response and said bring her now so we can get her well. I was happy and even received a call to see where I was at that time. The front office person and everyone else was so nice and helpful. I didn’t have to wait over 20 mins because I had to fill out paperwork. Ms. Susan was so nice and patience. She told me the truth about my kitty and did everything she could possible to get my kitty well and did. She provided me with information and told me they will provide a follow up call to check on my kitty. I am thankful for them and their excellent customer service. This will be my vet as long as I own a pet and would recommend the world to this vet.

Eastmont Animal Clinic is great! Brought my cats to get worm medicine, and they were straight to the point, didn't do anything unnecessary, and they were super friendly! Highly recommend!

They were very professional and didn’t push me to do/spend anything I didn’t want to. My dog liked the girls also. She hadn’t been to a vet in awhile and I wasn’t shamed, she turned out healthy so all was good! Also easy to talk to! Definitely recommend and we will be back!

Dr. Susan is the best veterinarian in town. Employees are great and take excellent care of your pets. Wouldn't go anywhere else....

Dr. Graydon and Dr. Ousley and staff are great. They are caring, compassionate, and provide excellent care for our 3 dogs. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

i absolutely love this place. my kitty had a huge tumor on her foot and they took very good care of her during her surgery.

My only problem is the cost factor--- Visits are rather expensive which means you only visit when absolutely necessary.

You can't get better than Dr. Kim. She loved our "Hero" as her own and she took great care of him. Exceptional service from both doctors and office staff.

They really helped me with my cat they did amazing and they are wonderful I will keep using them they helped me with any questions I had for my cat after his surgery as well

The staff and vets of Eastmont Animal Clinic are kind, courteous, and excellent care givers. I have no reservations about the care my puppy receives. Professional, competent, and kind...what more is there to say!

I went to update my dog's shot records and get my dog groomed at this location. Though the staff was friendly, the groomer did not follow instructions. I asked the groomer not to cut my dog short and she did the total opposite. I was not pleased with my dog's haircut and nails were not clipped, they were actually sharper than what they were before he went.
