Highly recommend East Montgomery Animal Hospital for boarding and grooming needs. Our 1-2y.o. mini-Aussie (Mickey) absolutely loved coming here and hated leaving. As a military family we relied on the friendly staff when we traveled. Can’t say enough. Give them a try.

I have been using them for a month and a half. They staff is so friendly. They bring your pet to the car for you. The vet calls and gives you report. If you can't pick them up because of work when they call, it's ok. They keep them at no extra charge.

The kindest front office staff; amazing vets who have helped our dog, even after hours; and the groomer listens to our needs and cuts our dog’s hair well.

They were there in a pinch. We're from out of town the place were renting put somthing poisonous out on the grass, Emma- and I found out later other dogs got very sick too around us! Dr. Tanner and 3 staff members helped Emma feel better ♥. It took perscriptions and 3 days! But she's great now. Good experience. I still need to go back for an itemized bill.

Fantastic vet services. They are currently utilizing drop off services, and the vet will call you for a phone consult after seeing your pet. We were also impressed with the reasonable prices for services and medication.

Nice staff, very friendly and always send you a reminder card of your pet next appoitment.

The staff there was quick courteous they did curbside service which was super awesome I called on short short notice like within 30 minutes of me calling them we had our appointment scheduled other than like four other places that I called on this particular day there was no I had to schedule an appointment in order to see in because of Covid but the fact of the matter is they they were there for me when I needed them so I'm so thankful...

I can’t say enough nice things about the staff and Dr. Nichols. The kindness and willingness to go out of their way to be compassionate to us at a time where we had to say goodbye to a member of our family. My cat Rowbert was shown the amount of dignity and respect that people like me in the adult health medical community would show to a human in their last hours. The words “Thank you” will never be enough to express our gratitude.

We dropped our dog off while we went on vacation for a few days they gave him shots bathed him and clipped his nails. They were very nice and the facilities were very clean

I love this place and everyone there. They pay attention and take the time to listen to what your telling them. From the second I walked in, I felt welcomed and Mia had superior treatment from Dr. Nichols and staff! I definitely found a furever vet home for my furbabies. Thanks you guys!!

This place deserves MORE than 5 stars. The staff is beyond friendly and just lovely people. They treat every pet that walks through those doors as If he/she was their own pet! They have been so kind to both me and Beagle.

I just visited this place as it opened very close to my house. All of the staff are extremely nice and kind. I had pleasant experience with my previous vets as well, but this is the first one that I am actually writing review about. They took good care of my dog and understood his needs (he is very very picky dog). I will always come back to this vet whenever I am in town.

Had my dachshunds nails cut and filed and they did a great job! They are so nice too.

There is absolutely nothing better than being able to call 5 minutes before arriving with your dog in an emergency. This team is kind, courteous, and efficient - we truly love them and trust them ! We've seen them for 2 emergencies and a dental cleaning, and we have only lived here for 1 month. ????????

This was my first visit here. As soon as I walked into the door they put us in an exam room, which is wonderful when you have a toddler and a crazy lab. The doctor ran through pricing without me asking, which has also never happened. We were out of the door in 30 minutes, although I do have to wait a day for test results since they send everything out and don't do it in house. They also do price matching on meds. The only negative was they suggested $99 bloodwork be done on a yearly basis for diabetes, liver, and kidney. This seems a little excessive for a healthy pet, but it was optional. All in all, I spent more than I had planned but the service was very efficient and everyone was extremely kind.

I am giving this place one star and this is not because my baby died here in this hospital. I actually would like to give this place negative stars for the way Dr. Steward treated me and this situation. My dog was having a hard time breathing so I took her in for a check up. I don't want to get into the details because what's done is done. But I believe Dr. Steward was very unprofessional by changing small details of what happened several times. Small details are so crucial in times like these that it upsetted me she said things contrary to things said before. My husband, the assistant were all there, we heard exactly what she said. So why deny the things you said? The situation was serious and I wanted to take her home because if she was going to pass away, I wanted her to go comfortably at home. Doctor strongly advised against it and said she should at least stay there a couple more hours. So I went home and waited. What Dr. Steward should have told me was that in those couple hours she was going to put my dog, my small delicate dog, to sleep and insert a breathing tube in her. She told me after everything happened and said her condition wasn't getting better. I told her I wanted to bring her home and when I went to pick her up she died while the doctor pulled her air tube out. I understand I wanted to take her home after it was advised against it. But please, do not be blaming me while I mourn my dog in the exam room. I just lost my baby and I didn't even get to say goodbye. There is no reason you need to remind me and my husband that it was my fault. The insincerity of Dr. Steward was astonishing. Also, the doctor told me that the cost of getting her back to normal was going to be around $800-1000. Those 3 or so hours she was there accrued to almost $700. I understand that unexpected costs can happen but please be upfront and tell me a realistic number from the beginning because that estimate was nothing close to reality. I don't want to put any blame in the death of my dog. She was very tiny and it was such a delicate matter to begin with. But have some empathy and sincerity because those feelings, when portrayed genuinely, can do so much in situations like these. The lady in the front desk did all she could to comfort me and I appreciate all that she did for me. She was more of a doctor than the doctor herself. So thank you for the hugging me and letting me cry on your shoulder.

Friendly staff that takes very good care of our two dogs. Groomer Gretta Moseley has groomed our dogs for almost 8 years. Very convenient.
