I just had my very small 3 pound Netherland Dwarf rabbit neutered. The office is so clean and cheerful. The office staff was kind and friendly. I was able to go back to the exam room with my rabbit and discuss the procedure before leaving him. I was called right after he was out of recovery to let me know how he did. They even called me the next day to check on him. I didn't expect that and I thought it was very kind. So happy I found this wonderful vet to care for our beloved family pet.

I really thought with the rise in popularity of backyard chickens that there would be more vets that could treat them. I must've called 20 vets within 60 miles of where I live (a rural agricultural area) before finally finding Woodbine. They got us seen same day! I felt the same level of care and attentiveness for my injured bird as any dog or cat would have received. So glad to have found them to get my hen on the road to recovery!

Would not make time or appointment for our daughters sick animal. We live close to clinic our pet has severe anxiety when in vehicle. We live walking distance from clinic and she is severely sick and we were told to take somewhere in Pensacola. No openings all month. I am disgusted by this clinic. I see a sign everyday on my way to the hospital where I work that says come see us at Woodbine Animal Clinic what a joke. What a group of heartless caregivers. I am a nurse and I am just saddened by this place of business. Thank you for allowing my experience to be heard.

I'm so grateful they squeezed me in for my new furbaby. He had a lot of issues that could have killed him if I'd waited. It put my mind at ease and I left with meds to treat him. They are great!

The staff was very friendly. My fur baby had some accidents and everyone was kind when they happened. Everyone was caring and took the time to explain all available options. Cost was less than expected. Very happy to say we found somewhere to help with taking care of my furchild. Plus, with the option to pay with care credit I know that in a emergency my dog will be able to receive the best care.

Very clean and the staff is very professional. They take great care of my pet and have always been on time with us.

My miniature schnauzer had a medical emergency and I rushed him to his vet at Woodbine Animal Hospital. I was there right when they opened and told them I didn’t have an appointment, but my dog needed to be seen because he had lost the feeling in his back legs and couldn’t walk. The front staff were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable while they worked us in. One of the vet techs came and got us and brought us back to the room. She could feel the pain that I felt. She and the vet were very thorough with the examination. They didn’t want to push and make matters worse. They gave him some pain medicine so they could take an X-ray. They kept me informed with everything they were doing. Brought me water. Asked if I needed anything. Mind you I got there when they opened and was there till they closed. My dog was diagnosed with a severe medical issue and they said he needed to be referred out to one of the animal hospitals at either Auburn, LSU or University of Florida. The vet tech who brought us back to the exam room did all the phone calling. She kept me informed with each call she made and when she found a place that could see us immediately, she got everything set up for us. Went over in great detail what we needed, what to expect and where we need to go when we arrive. I know there are many great vets here in Pensacola, but the entire staff at Woodbine Animal Clinic is the best of the best. They’re a family that treats you and your pet like family. This is such a professional caring vet's office I have ever been to. They are more caring with my kitty than any doctor I have ever seen for myself. I called around to price the serviced I needed. They were the most reasonable of three others that I called, as much as 50% cheaper. Love everyone there

Unbeatable years of visits to Woodbine Animal Clinic My household is the proud owner of a dog with chronic skin allergies. As difficult as this condition is to troubleshoot, the staff at Woodbine have been patient and cautious with their treatment approach for us. Since we saw Dr. Brayton a handful of times for our first visits, they now try to schedule us with him for every visit- I really appreciate the extra effort Woodbine takes to help us keep consistent with visits in this way. Last minute walk-in appointments have very reasonable wait times. Pricing is very fair.

My family has been going here for years. Recently my dog had an emergency. We easily called and they saw him immediately. They saved our dogs life. They effectively communicated the issues, gave us options, and were empathic to the situation. Highly recommend.

Dr White and Team were fantastic. I came to Woodbine from another office where I was not heard and my questions not valued. Dr White heard my questions and took time to go through everything with me. He didn’t treat me like a $ sign. As a result, while my pups X-rays didn’t turn out as we had hoped, I got to bring my pup home and we will just spend whatever time he has left in the best way possible. THANK YOU!
