Too expensive for Zoie and I, but really nice people

I needed a new Veterinary Clinic and after looking at several I chose Pace Veterinary Clinic. Making the appointment was easy and the folks were friendly and that’s important to me I don’t need rude people in me or Chases life. We arrived after a short wait went and met Dr.Walker who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Chase who is a BorderCollie/Lab seemed at ease during the exam and liked the staff as well! The cost was very reasonable and it’s just nice to know if something ever happened he has a great Vet Dr.Walker to take care of him.

Took good care of our Chihuahua. Was concerned about her well being.

They were very nice and gentle with our pets. Would recommend this vet to other pet owners.

Friendly staff and easy process to get my 2 kitties seen for routine kitten vaccines. Didnt have to wait, and service was quick.

Office staff is nice but disorganized. The Office Manager tells them to deliver the customers pet(s) and/or products to their vehicle, say thank you, and walk away so the customers don't have time to ask questions. Even if the customers do ask questions, I was told to ignore them and get back to work. As a former employee, it was a nice place to work, knowledgeable Veterinarians, but micromanaging Office Manager who instructs office staff to ignore questions and to not offer any assistance over the phone because these things take up to much time. Personally, I believe interacting with the customers, such as answering questions or talking an extra second to ask them about their experience is just good Customer Service! Good Customer Service is what builds a loyal client base!

Great vet they make your dog feel very comfortable cuz Daisy was a good girl and she normally would be a little nervous

I never knew how good we had it until we moved and had to find another vet. Dr. Walker and his team are AMAZING!!! Truly passionate about the animals and their well being.

Took my kitten, Little Richard, to see Dr. Walker. The staff is absolutely hands down the friendliest! The veterinarian was friendly and knowledgeable and truly made Little Richard feel like he was at home. And the icing on the cake. .THEY ARE AFFORDABLE!

I was nervous taking my dog and felt so bad because he was sick, and Dr Walker made me feel so comfortable, and at ease. He explained the diagnoses and treatment in away I could understand. And Shawna was a God send to. I've got two shih tzu's and my boyfriend has two mix breeds. He already takes his there, and I'll be back everytime for life. Thank you all so much! I have 2 chows, Denali and Olympus, and they don't like ANYONE. Well today we had Trevor Walker as our vet, and he was able to administer all thier shots, and was able to do it without them even yelping or trying to get away. Very impressed and very confident in future visits.

They take care of my sweet Shir-lee

I have only been to this veterinarian's office a few times, but all have been positive. I haven't had to wait long, they uncovered an issue that a prior vet had not, and they have been very helpful. The veterinarian is always knowledgeable and patient.

It has not been a good experience with them, but because they were recommended, I hung in there for over a yr. But when I called to find out about diff flea options, the person answering the phone, once again, sounded aggravated, as usual, and was no help answering my questions,and they're lobby is STILL closed, so you have to do everything over the phone while sitting in your car, I'm done. So I called around and found a diff vet, who was much more pleasant and helpful. I spent A LOT of money at pace vet, but they don't seem to value their customers, and STILL having never met the vet, I'm done. I would NOT recommend them.

I have been taking taking fur babies here for over 20 years!! The best vet (s) & friendliest staff in both counties.
