They are awesome. They always show Gidieon a lot of love and patience. I would never take him anywhere else.

I drive all the way from Navarre to see Dr Padgett and his staff. And I would probably drive a bit more. In my 35 years of owning Labradors among other rescue babies I have never been more attached and satisfied with a Veterinarian and staff. Professional helpful and compassionate are the top of my many good things to say about SRVC. I feel blessed to have them care for my fur babies and me at times.

As someone who is very cautious about where I take my cats for medical care, I absolutely love this Vet clinic! They are kind and thorough and really take the time to educate me on concerns I have about my pets. Great staff, clean rooms, and I can really trust them with my fur babies. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely butcher of a "SX" job, i guess bc i didn't have 4,000 dollars on me(no payment plan btw) i opted for a SLIGHTLY cheaper operation bc what else was i gonna do put my dog down!?!, that was a puppy btw... So thanks guys u treated my furry little friend like green color paper instead of a living breathing animal n distress... Shame on u and ur whole scam

Our family had to make the difficult decision to put our sweet Lily to sleep. She had advanced cancer and there was no longer anything that could be done. The loving kindness and compassion shown to Lily and me by the doctor and staff was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Thank you for taking care of Lily. .

I was able to get a same day appointment within a couple hours. The staff was so kind and helpful with a pup I rescued.

Great place and dr. Padgett is wonderful. My only regret as I wish they were open on Saturdays. I had an emergency for my bird and he almost passed before Monday. Dr. Padgett fixed him right up!

The short haired blonde behind the desk was very rude. My daughter has special needs and she wouldn't let her in the room with her therapy dog. My daughter was heartbroken. The blonde has a cold heart. Update: they kicked us out because they didn't like my post!. Another update: They responded to my review. If they would have just listened to what I told the front desk lady,(who just kept running her mouth about policies) they would have known I did not want to be in the room, but my special needs daughter wanted to be there for her puppy while she got her shots. Its just like having a mother and child in the room. This is why we were getting the puppy so my daughter didn't have to go to treatments alone. My daughter wanted to repay her puppy by being there for her first shots because she will always be there for hers. I would have considered being a client but this place has no respect for special needs. It didn't stop there the lady just kept trying to throw jabs at me while I would conversate with my daughter. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and to my daughter and puppy's social page. My daughter didn't understand why she couldn't be there for her puppy. She kept telling me she needs me and I need to be there its the right thing. I was simply trying to honor my daughters wishes but they decided we were not important enough to be heard. I understand there are guidelines that you follow but you can still be compassionate human beings and at least here her out.

Love the care and compassion especially when they are nervous.

They where disrespectful to us as a client. I will not be returning.

Cared about my animal and got in quickly

I have been using this office for almost 2 years and I love it! My dog is always happy to go and the people are very nice! We've only had routine care so that's all I can speak on for now ????

What a fabulous place, saved my dog's life, as a medical practioner, I know what good care is, the staff and responsive and made arrangements for weekend care.I live in Milton and highly recommend them.

They're always prompt and caring. They take good care of our pets, explaining issues thoroughly. I do wish the office visit cost was cheaper.

Very caring and understanding staff. They went above any vet office I have ever taken my fur baby who gets really anxious around people he does not know. They worked very hard to put him at ease.

These people are single-minded....I took my puppy in for itching...she's never had fleas, they find two and claim she's infested. I'm an avid animal lover and NEVER would I let my pet have fleas. Do NOT recommend...they just want money

Our experience was great! Awesome staff—so caring and polite—and the doctor was super nice and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Santa Rosa Vet Clinic and will 100% continue to use them moving forward.

Not as excited about their practice as I was hoping. Still requiring masks. Only allow one person and their pet to go back to exam room. Think I'll stay with my original veterinary office.
