• overbooked themselves then got an attitude over the phone telling us it would be awhile • had her from 9am - 6pm • cut her ear and left nicks all over her stomach. now her whole body is itchy would give a zero if possible

They cut my dog and didn’t even bother to tell me about it!! Absolutely never going here again!

I dropped my dog off at 8 a.m. & he wasn’t done until closing time. This is the 4th time this has happened & I will not be coming back. I came in an hour before closing & they were still grooming my dog , I can hear him yelping as they were scrubbing him aggressively. When I finally got my dog back he acts terrified. Very unprofessional, if you care about you dog , take them elsewhere.

I made my reservation and called them they confirmed my dates. The girl on the phone couldn’t tell me what shots they needed ned kept on saying the basic shots ???? so I emailed them my dogs shot records and asked for a confirmation email. Now we are a 2 weeks away from going out of town and I call and ask if the shot records were good and she has the nerve to tell me that they never put down our reservation and now they are fully booked!?!?!!! Are you serious!?!?!? Super unprofessional

The staff is so friendly and very caring .. I have a special needs dog and they are so so good with him . Im glad that I can take him there and he will be treated well . Good people......

The owner is a great man who really does care about making change in our community. He fit us in for an emergency appointment to correct a home hair cut before picture day. He did phenomenal work! We will definitely return!!

They do such a great job on our dog. Would not think about taking her anywhere else to be groomed.

Very unprofessional. Called me to pick up my dog. Said she couldn't get her to stand up to be groomed ( a first) . The groomer??? was just beside herself. She didn't even want to come into the office and speak with me. My poor dog ! The only part of her that was trimmed was her hind legs.So, if you see someone walking a border collie with no hair on her backend you'll know where not to take your pets.

Called couple times no answer so left a voice-mail and never returned my call.

Dropped my dog off at 8:20 am and was told there were only two people working. I didn’t get my dog back until 5:30 pm. I can only imagine he was kept in a cage for those long hours. I’ve also just noticed he has popped blood vessels in one of his eyes. I will never come back.

I took my 3 dogs there to be groomed, 2 shaved and groomed and the other furminated and groomed. That time was fine, except for I dropped them off when they told me to, 7 or 8 a.m. and I didn't get my dogs until almost 6 and we had to call and ask if they were ready several times. We go back again yesterday, told the front who gets what, she writes down their colors so they know who is who..I called to see if they were ready and she said "uh yeah they are," and then when my husband was on his way to get them he gets a call saying one of my dogs qas getting ready to be shaved and they're about ready to pick up. We were confused there.. when he got there they shaved one of the wrong dogs. They did fix it today, but the dogs look horrible. Big chunks of hair still on them and don't smell well. And once again, I had to call to see if they were ready. I'm also very confused about why they just sit in the cage all day, like when they're done call and we'll come get them.. She also said they let them out to potty but my dogs barely made it out of the car to go potty. Very very unhappy with them. I will most definitely not be going back and not refer them to anyone who cares about their dogs being locked in a cage all day long.

I recommend them to anyone. They always take care of our 2 weimers each time they go. They smell nice, hair is soft and they always give that special touch with a bandana or something decorative around their necks.

Charley had such a wonderful time, just like a spa day!! I am beyond pleased with the care and love he received while at All Star!! Can't wait to bring him back!!

We really enjoyed All Star Pet Grooming. This was our first time boarding and the dogs had a great time. They took good care of them and they looked great after their grooming appointment. Will definitely be back!

I had a horrible experiance my dog was lelf in a cage room for 3 days when i picked her up she was terrified and her lelf eye was dark red i believe someone hit her but can't prove it also she was supposed to have a bath and nail trim but they didn't do that i will never take her back there never take your animal children thete

Everyone at all star grooming did an excellent job for us. we were leaving to go out of town and they got us in at the last minute.

Very happy with my experience here! Today was our first visit. I could actually tell she had been cleaned. She smelled great and came out with a super cute bandana and treat bag! Everyone was very nice and professional. They even worked us in last minute on a Saturday. They’ll definitely be our go to groomer from now on. Thanks guys!

Took my dog three times and each time I had to drop him off at 8:00 am as they told me. He was never ready at the time of closing and I usually had to pick him up between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. so my dog is just sitting all day waiting for the groomer to get to him even when I drop him off early in the morning. Each time they told me they're sorry they were short-handed. And when we asked about setting up a specific time for drop off and pick off, they said there was $20 extra because that's VIP care. Very unprofessional and if you don't want your dog sitting in a kennel all day . I would not recommend them!

Dexter looks wonder, always do a terrific job and he loves coming to be pampered!

These people are so helpful and accommodating. Usually my dog is skittish but not here! Very thankful for their help today!
