They do a good job. The staff is friendly. Our two dogs are older and require more care.

We got puppies for Xmas and took them here for first shots and checkup. Very happy with everyone there. First time I’ve seen a vet use peanut butter on a tongue depressor to keep dogs interested while giving shots. They even called the next day to check on the boys after their first Dr visit. Pleased enough to transfer records of our other dog from vet in P’cola.

Even in the worst situation of putting our dog down, they made it a calm experience and made us feel like they cared. They also took the time to send a sympathy card and had every employee write us a little note. I have not had a bad experience here whether it was emergency surgery, routine appointments, or just a sick dog.

The staff has been great about transferring all of the records for our pets from our previous vet in Pensacola. They also worked with us to get the vaccines needed and still get our dog in to be spayed at the earliest date possible. They always follow up with a phone call to check on the animal and have a friendly and caring interaction with the pet each time we visit. My dog Joey has done great with her recent spay surgery.

I could not be more pleased with the staff at Milton Animal hospital. They are friendly, caring, and expedient in the care of my pet. I will be using them for all of my pets care and needs.

Today is a very sad day for our family. We took our 6 month old cat in for what we expected to be a routine procedure and lost our pet forever. While it was explained that complications can arise, we in no way expected it to be last time we ever got to enjoy our pet. We were told our pet was aggressive and given gas sedation to calm him and then injected with procedural sedation and that was it, he was gone. We are sorry to be reporting we will no longer be using this vet moving forward as we just cant. Our pet showed up alive and well and left in a box.

I have had zero problems with this place until recently. My 2 dogs have been with this clinic for a few years. They have seen them for medical, grooming and boarding. This past year has been the worst. Earlier this year one of my dogs was due for shots and check up. This visit, my husband basically got dog shamed because our dog nipped at the techs for trying to take a stool sample. Said he needed to be sedated prior to appointments. Totally fine but didn't mention it before the appointment. Moving forward to date: called a month and a half ago to have both of our two dogs scheduled to board on 11-19 through 11-26. Lynn calls on 11-18 with concerns. Their concerns: he has not had a flu shot (we declined because he does not typically hang out with other dogs besides his little sister). It is a requirement for them to be boarded at their facility. (I did not know that). 2nd concern: last time he was there he was aggressive. OK, so we have meds for sedation/anxiety that the clinic prescribed. My concerns. Can we give/send meds that they prescribed to help with anxiety/aggressive behavior? Can he have the flu shot that day just so he can stay? Her response: I'm not sure if the vet will allow that. We want to watch out for the safety of our staff and other animals because we are fully booked. If this is possible at all, do you have anyone that can come pick up one of your dogs if he is aggressive the first day? (If I did, I would not be boarding them). My biggest problem: why was this not looked in to when I booked a month and a half ago? Why are you waiting 2 days before I fly out of state to bring this up? It's a holiday weekend. We have plane tickets paid for. Now I am crying to boarders all over the area to let them stay. I found ONE. Thank God! Our dogs will not return to this place.

Would definitely recommend. They are upfront and willing to work with a budget. They are all super friendly. They made my new rescue Comfortable and he settled right down. He was scared and shaking when I pulled up and was acting like he was at home. By the time we left

Everything about our visits with Milton Animal Hospital has been nothing shy of amazing! They treat my cat like he is one of their own, and throughly explain everything. They even called to check on how he was doing the day after his visit.

This is where I take my fur babies, Yoshi and Greg. They take good care of them and even have a doggy spa! I like the staff but more importantly, Yoshi likes them.. (Greg is fine with them as long as they give him treatos, he's ok)

Staff was excellent with both ourselves and the pet. Very attentive to her problems and very reasonably priced. Made a follow up appointment if needed right on the spot. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Timeliness is an issue. Waited over an hour and never saw the vet once. I had an appointment so you'd think it would be better. When you do see the female vet, she is cold, condescending and rude. I'd recommend finding another vet that has more compassion and tact.

I honestly forget the vets name I’m very bad with names but when I came in I was kinda iffy about if they were good with animals other than cats or dogs. But talking to the doctor completely changed my mind, they are very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. Definitely coming back for future visits.

Dr. Loper is absolutely wonderful and extremely caring with my mother’s animals. I’m working on switching hospitals as we speak!

My two have been expertly cared for by them for over 7 years. They have gotten them through pulled ACC; countless skin allergies, teeth issues and various other issues. They have expertly taken quality care of them when they have been boarded and I would not leave them in anyone else’s care.
