My little miniature daschund Pookie loves it there!!

Will not use again! Went to pick our dog up, her food was still in there that we packed for her, she was dehydrated.... they handed her to us and didn't say a word or even give us a chance to ask how the weekend went. Very unprofessional. Now dropping off they were nice but rushed us.... picking up...whole different ball game!

I think my groomer is Amanda and she is very calm and fastidious with my dogs' care. They seem to all love dogs.

I took my husky here as he needed quite a lot of attention. He has a double coat and he went a while without grooming... their prices are great, the ladies were so sweet, and I think we will certainly be returning! He smelled wonderful and his fur was so soft! ????

I’ve taken Penny there on several occasions was satisfied somewhat. I noticed right away her demeanor had changed, lethargic even. Today she was scared to go in. I picked her up and they seemed rushed to get me going. I noticed on the way home she still had tear stains, and they didn’t even cut her hair on her left ear!! Sloppy work. Don’t think we will be going back.

I have taken my baby there once before because my regular groomer was out for a while. I called today ( about 5 months later) to make an appointment. They couldn’t find her file kept putting me on hold. Did not offer to make an appointment. I replied after being told the 4th time they couldn’t find her file. Okay, well I just take my business elsewhere. The person responded by saying I’m sorry we can not find her file and none of the groomers recognize the name, are you sure your calling the right place. I said yes, but since you don’t want to make an appointment I’ll just go else where. Still no offer of an appointment. I said thanks and hung up.

After looking for a groomer that offered expedited groomings, I was pleased to find Vanity Fur. I needed this option so that my Senior dog wouldn't be stuck there all day. I'm pleased to say that I had my Sadie back within 2 hours and she looked great. I recommend Vanity Fur.

I was very impressed. The staff that I interacted with was very friendly and they offered more than services than the other groomers that I was taking my dogs to.

Love this place they do a real good job on giving my dog his bath and trimming him they way I want his fur trimmed.

Usually a good job on my dog used them of years! although, I pay 65 dollars to have my mid sized dog groomed ..also wait time for appointment got excessive with no reminders and the smart mouth at the front desk caused me to find me a more friendly and accommodating groomer....

Today was our first and last visit they butchered my Yorkie and I absolutely hate his haircut. No skill used whatsoever. He went in with long lush hair no mats. I even showed a picture and spoke to the groomer about what I wanted and expected. Luckily his hair will grow back and he’s such a cutie he can pull off this terrible poor excuse for a haircut. Wasn’t worth the $50 bucks. Not to mention the front desk staff was dry and they brought him to me with his harness on upside down and backwards. Do your self a favor and choose another place to take your puppies.

Very kind staff and their passion for animals shows tremendously! They try to accommodate people as best as they can and they take their time with new dogs so they feel comfy! Definitely recommend!

Vanity Fur staff are polite and professional. They take time to ensure you feel comfortable leaving your pet with them for kenneling or grooming services. They have boarded our 2 dogs and took great care of them. They called to give us an update on their status while we were gone.
