This store!! This location!! Everything about it is a positive experience! From the greeting when you walk in the door, being asked if you need help finding anything or "let me know if you have any questions" to the kind & fun conversation at checkout(helping me at self-checkout with scanning the cookies when it was right in front of me????‍♀️????), it is always a fun & productive visit. This location is always helpful, clean and stocked! The other location is closer to my home but not the same experience and I usually end up having to drive to this location anyway so now I just head to this location. Cahaba Village... Y'all are fantastic & fun!! Thank you!

I didn’t get the woman’s name who helped me, but she went above and beyond to help me find a type of toy that my dog loves. Everyone in there is so sweet and helpful. There’s no need to shop anywhere else.

Great selection and what a helpful staff! They seemed very welcoming and helped us load up many bags of dog food. The store was clean and well laid out. Overall a good experience.

This location is at least an hour away from my home, but the grooming services provided by Kayla are well worth the ride! My typically shy and timid fur baby, Mr. Puff, loves it here. We're regular customers!

This service is always awesome. I recently called there and the call was missed, but they called back. Places just don’t do that usually. I hope everyone in that store is able to stay healthy and safe through these times.

I was in Hollywood feed yesterday and as I walk through the front door there were the nicest assistance helping. Particularly, Rick. No wonder this store is the number one store in the country. With associates like Rick, you will never digress. He was the most informative and helpful person in the store. I must say however, the women at the computers were just as nice. First time my dog and I went there today. They were so nice and very helpful! Even helped me find a toy for my kitty also and it's literally the greatest I've ever gotten. Y'all are the best! Got me for good and told all my family!

I did have four stars, they say they price match, but that's a huge lie! I won't shop here again. Everything is overpriced as heck!

I went to the new Mountain Brook location, as I had seen it was much larger than the older one there and had a self grooming station, I was not impressed. For starters, I was not greeted upon entering the store. Which, honestly, I don't care about. It's just common practice at the Hoover location no matter how busy they are so I'm used to it. There were also pallets of food and boxes scattered all over the back isle so it wasn't very easy for my wife and I to walk back there. The self grooming stations where no where to be found. Maybe it was behind all the pallets or maybe we couldn't find it due to the lack of help from employees. Either way, I won't be coming back to this store as it was the worst experience I've ever had at Hollywood feed.

Favorite store for all my dog needs! - Wide variety of quality products - No pressure customer service from knowledgeable staff - Very clean yet relaxed pup friendly store .
