So I have been to this Petco before and I was quite surprised to deal with a cashier named “Sam” this time. I don’t know if she didn’t have her lunch yet or was just having a bad day. I purchased an online order and came in to make an exchange. I did not have my email receipt but she can look up the order by pals rewards number. She was so interested in how I got an item so cheap, it’s called discounts offered by your Petco online. She became even more frustrated but thank god there was a nice cashier to offer her some help because every time I mentioned something she chose to ignore me. At the end she tossed my receipt in the bag and I’m like “am I done” she said “your done”. No thank you for shopping with us nothing. Petco teach “Sam” some customer service please she needs it. The next customer may not be so nice to you ????

I would not recommend this Petco grooming location. I thought I had booked a grooming appointment, when I picked up my dogs the were bathed but looked just the same as when I dropped them off. Any experienced groomer would have been able to see that these long haired dogs needed groomed. Also my small dog still had build up around the eyes, but when questioned stylist told me it would take several washes to remove the build-up. Find a more experienced dog grooming location.

Do NOT Work here! In the last 3 months my salon leader and I were physically threatened by a client. When we told our Store leader she shrugged her shoulders and continued to go eat lunch. In the last month I had a dog that needed emergency attention. The same store leader decided that instead of taking the clients dog to the vet she would leave her shift to go pick up her own pet. The unprofessionalism isn’t something that should be tolerated in a work place.

Rachel and the staff are great! Very family feeling. Everyone is eager to help. Corporate ties their hands though. They could use more help. Of course the staff wont admit it. From a customers perspective. They need help. But otherwise, I love the store.

Did not get the 20% discount because neither store near me had 3 bags of food to make my purchase over $50. I could only purchase 2. I even called the store to verify. If you are going to give us a discount make there is no dollar requirement. Not happy not getting a discount.

I think this Petco is by far the best Pet Store around. Totally amazing. The grooming staff have all given our 3 dogs great spa days. They love coming here. The dog training is outstanding. Cute and healthy animals. Clean. The adoptions cats always look great.

2 weeks ago. Came to this location wanted to give it another try. Went to pay. Had questions. Unfortunately the fish expert was not in today. Okay. Do you have another location close by? To stay with the brand and answer my question? Not sure. Asked for the manager. Informed her customer service is about retention. Apparently the cobwebs on the shelf and the guinea pig litter on the floor. Clear indication they don't need my money. I'll stick with Pet Supermarket,Dallas Acworth highway. Excellent customer service. They answer your questions and make sure you have what you need.

We received the best care and treatment while trying to find our pet at this store. The attendant was so kind and explained every detail about Guinea pigs to us. Our pet came home really healthy and we received extra tips to provide him a better quality of life. We are thankful for this experience!

It’s Sunday, June 13th, I just visited the store as soon as it opened. I wanted to buy my pup some new toys as she has managed to destroy her others. There was a dad and son who walked in right before the pup and I. They were greeted at the door because the opening manager hadn’t quite unlocked the automatic doors. I clearly heard him greet them with a “Good morning and proceed to help them”. They quickly got what they came for, checked out and left. I on the other hand, entered…directly to my right was the veterinarian station where there were two people behind the counter. I made eye contact with them and said “Good morning!”. Nobody greeted me back, it was as if they thought I was going to ask them to do something. In my mind, I’m thinking, “don’t worry my dog doesn’t require services but based on the lack of a greeting this is a GREAT thing”. As I walk around the dog section various times, nobody asked if I needed help, greeted or said anything to me. Now I appreciate not being followed around the store, however basic customer service goes a long way! After our third lap around the dog section, we finally made our selection on what we were going to purchase. We made our way to the check-out, the phone rang and the cashier answered. He did not place them on hold to greet me, he just proceeded to talk to them and ring me up. I went ahead and put my phone number in the card reader (because this is not my first time in a Petco…although the first time here). When my total came up, he just said it and kept going with his phone conversation. I paid and decided not to be confrontational but right then knew I was going to write a review. I said “Thank you” and got a return hand wave. Excuse me, is everybody here mute? Bottom line a little customer service goes a long way! I don’t think I will be visiting them again.

Christina is so awesome! My dog can be kind of skittish, but she handles her with so much love, and my dog always comes back looking great! She’s also very personable and sweet; she remembers details about both my dog and me! Great staff, reasonable grooming prices, and a clean store- I always feel great about leaving my dog in their hands :)

Could keep popular brands in stock more regularly but overall great pet store
