This place is awesome! They treat your pets with incredible care and make sure that their visit is as stress-free as possible. Very professional staff and they will be our long-term vet for as long as we live in the area.

This office was able to squeeze my dog in to check out an upper respiratory infection/drastic loss of appetite when our own vet was booked. Dr. Dunn is thorough and takes the time to actually talk to you and explain everything. She diagnosed him and got him fixed right up. She even reviewed his history and realized it was about time to do his post HW protocol blood work checkup (7 mo post treatment) and confirmed him to be officially HW negative. (He was HW+ for at least 12 months by the time I adopted him. Glad I took that risk, because he's a very sweet boy). Within 12 hours of his first dose of antibiotics, my dog's appetite returned. His honking cough started to improve rapidly. Day 2 or 3 of antibiotics, he honked maybe once per day instead of every time he exerted himself. Needless to say, we're changing clinics. Besides, this is a 5 minute trip versus 20-25 minutes.

Wonderful place.. wish I had found it so much sooner. After a bad experience with a long time vet... I decided to take a chance with a different vet near me and so glad I did! My 12yr old dog had to get dental surgery, and they couldn't have been more awesome to my dog and myself. Dr Dunn and Liz are fantastic and I'm so glad I found them! Update...still happy customers a year later!????

The best bet by far

Best vet we've ever had. Reasonable prices, which is important, but what really stands out is the level of care and attention they provide. Scheduling is done a thoughtful way so that you're not in a crowded waiting room. Office and exam rooms are quiet with minimal stuff of the walls. You'd be surprised at what a difference that makes on anxiety levels. Dr. Dunn is compassionate, knowledgeable, and quick to refer you to a specialist if warranted (hello recurring corneal ulcers).

My family and I have used Dr. Dunn since the very beginning. She’s taken care of all our family pets for more than a decade. I don’t trust anyone else to work with our babies. She is caring, compassionate, honest, and trust worthy. And her veterinary assistant, Liz is just as amazing and credential. 10/10. These ladies are the best.

We witnessed a distressed family putting their dog down in the parking lot. They were bawling, kids at the neighboring dance studio were crying and watching, parents were shielding their kids, it was terrible. She was short and cold insisting they stand in the parking lot during this difficult ordeal. It was so sad.

Dr. Dunn and her staff has always been caring and professional. They really take the time to know myself and my pets. They are great answering any questions or concerns I have via email or phone. Could not be happier with this staff!!

Grateful for the Covid-19 practices. My kitties have been patients of Dr Dunn for several years and get her high quality cat care. At present, when you arrive Liz takes your pet from your car into the clinic. The treatment or exam is performed and pet is returned to car. Communication is by phone, which is very workable and check-out is done the same way. I felt I was given all the information I needed. As seniors who have been extremely careful during the pandemic, their safety efforts are appreciated.

Dr. Dunn and her staff are fantastic!! We were looking for a vet closer to the house and I did a lot of research online checking reviews. Our new shelter pup came home with worms and an eye issue and Dr. Dunn got him on the right meds immediately. He also managed to eat something in the yard that was giving him an upset tummy and Dr. Dunn came in over the weekend to make sure we had something to help us with that too. She and the staff are friendly, they listen, and go beyond what any vet I've been too in the last couple years has. I definitely recommend Pine Mountain Veterinary if you are looking for a great vet, who is reasonable with costs, and is great with the patients and their parents.

Meet Tito. He doesn't like strangers. He bites most people. He has a temper. He barely tolerates anyone. Sometimes he pretends he wants a belly rub and then bites you. Dr.Dunn's practice is the only place we go because she cares for the dogs and uses the "Fear-free" method. And I could give a review on just how awful Tito is with vets (was kicked out of petsmart groomers and made a vet have to take a cigarette break) but all you need to know is that Dr.Dunn and her team put an action plan together.
