Must Love Dogs Marietta, Alabama

There are TWO reasons Must Love Dogs is the best.. A) You’re dog will always be excited to come here. Every dog I’ve ever witnessed, when I’ve dropped off mine or have picked up, tails have always been wagging….and mine doesn’t ever want to leave!! B) The customer service is always outstanding. I have a personal shoutout I want to share. I messed up, I said I would be there on a certain day, at I certain time, but I got my days mixed up. Long story short……totally my fault. It’s pre-holiday, they’re closing early, I’m sure staff wants to get home, be with their family, etc. I call….in a tizzy (4:59pm). I am told that they LITERALLY just closed and have just locked the doors, and that they were truly so sorry. My heart sank and I panicked. She told me to hold on just a second and then a different angels voice came on the line and asked how soon do I think I could be there. I told her maybe 20 min?? She said she would stay behind and wait for me!!!! I cried the whole way there, because she CHOSE to do that and because of that I was able to make my flight the next morning and see my loved ones for the whole week. Had she not done that I would have had to cancel my flight!!

We are planning on boarding our dog there for a vacation next month. Must Love Dogs vetted my dog's vaccinations prior to a temperament test this past Friday, to make sure he would be ok with other dogs (he was). It is an open play facility and my dog, a husky/lab mix, came back thoroughly exhausted. If I have to leave my dog for 10 days, this is where I would like for him to be, not cooped up in a cell (they do sleep separate, and you are allowed to bring beds and toys). Overall great experience so far. I'll update after our vacation next month.

I've been taking my 6-month-old Golden Retriever, Penny, to Must Love Dogs for the past few months, and I could not be happier with the experience we've had! I've grown up with dogs for years, but we never took them to any sort of doggy daycare service, so we were a little nervous to drop off our puppy for the first time. Every time we take Penny to daycare, I feel such peace that my pup is in good hands and will be kept safe and happy during the day. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable, and they all go out of their way to foster a safe environment for all the dogs. I love seeing pictures of the dogs that are posted on Must Love Dogs' Instagram and Facebook pages! Whenever I bring Penny into daycare, I can barely get the car door closed because she pulls so hard trying to get into the door out of excitement. The staff knows Penny by name every day she comes in. Penny loves the play time and the occasional birthday parties where she can eat an ice cream treat! We've also boarded Penny at Must Love Dogs a few times when we've gone out of town, and she always seems to have the best time. I would highly recommend Must Love Dogs' services, and I plan to keep using them for years to come!

Our golden pup has enjoyed boarding as well as training at Must Love Dogs. The staff is very considerate snd kind. At hey have yet to treat me like a crazy dog mom even when I felt like I was dropping off a baby when I left here for boarding the first time. They gave me a tour and answered all of my questions. They update pictures on their social media very regularly and show all the pups during daily activities which I really loved to check in on. We just finished up a six week pet manners training course and have been very satisfied with progress. Hoping to socialize our puppy even more with doggy daycare and possibly add on some agility training as well.

Very friendly staff. We took our Chow Chow here for training. This was the best decision for our family. We enjoy her so much more and we know we have done our part to keep her safe.

Orion loves coming to spend the day here. We cannot get from the car to the door fast enough for him! Everyone is so friendly

My dog earned his ACK Star puppy certification with Nathan at Must Love Dogs. Nathan has groomed my dogs for the last three years. He has saved them from many home hair cuts gone horribly wrong. I feel confident leaving my dogs at Must Love Dogs. They have fun, get tired, and are safe.

My family has been a loyal customer of MLD for over 10 years now. We have taken advantage of many of their options: doggie daycare and overnight boarding, dog obedience classes, and grooming. Everyone is friendly, professional, and totally understand dog behaviors and their needs. They always come home exhausted, and always eager to return for another playtime visit. Thank you!!

Very professional staff who seem to care about their furry customers. The staff made me feel comfortable with leaving my fur baby in their care. They pay attention to your pets behaviors and needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Must Love Dogs. Nathan and his staff are all such caring, helpful and friendly people. Walking into this facility brings such warmth, I love bringing my dog here. More importantly, my dog LOVES coming here as well. My dog is always greeted at the door with loving open arms and he leaves tired and content. Not only do we do the daycare and board our pup, we also went to the training class with Nathan. I was truly amazed at how fast the issues we were having got corrected. Not only did my pup learn what I wanted him to do, but I learned how to tell him. Our pup is highly social, loves everyone and wants to say hi and kiss every person or dog that comes into eyesight (very frustrating when on a walk or going into public). Even though we had already been training him to Sit, Stay and Come, which he is successful at because he loves getting praised for commands, the class with Nathan was successful because I learned how to slow our dog down enough when a new person came into view. He still gets excited, but through practice and proper communication, he will get rewarded by petting and affection from others if he follows his commands. It's like having a new dog. Our dog Molly absolutely loves going to doggie daycare here. She loves playing with the other dogs and adores the fabulous staff. When we go out of town, we know Molly is in great hands and can really enjoy ourselves knowing she is well taken care of. LOVE THIS PLACE ❤

They love my babies as if they belonged to them.?The staff is amazing, friendly and very loving.Nathan is an excellent trainer. All the dogs love him. My babies come home nice and tried. If you haven’t been run there now for a a great experience.

Great place for doggy daycare! Dogs are allowed to roam and play all day and are kept in a run overnight rather than a crate.

We really liked this placed and so did our dog. Unfortunately our dog, who was old and suffered from seizures, passed away one night while at MLF. They did a fabulous job handling the entire situation with us. Very professional and understanding.

Tucked back in an industrial park, but the place has a lot of outdoor space for your dog to run, great staff that do love animals. Once I found this place I will never take my dog anywhere else.
