I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mom & Pups using their Do It Yourself washing stations. I brought in my new lab rescue that is VERY anxious and we were treated so kindly. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to all my family and friends in the area.

This place gave my baby an awful haircut. My dog was the sweetest girl in the world and they didn't even finish grooming her. They told us she was a bad dog and were very rude on the phone. My dog wasn't bad she was the best and she died a few weeks later with this establishment's awful haircut.

Worst grooming experience we've ever had. My dog looked worse after the cut and had a hole in her tail where they botched it. Give them a call and see what their customer service is like, that should have been my first warning. Good luck if you use them

Best groomers and pet store

Great place for grooming and pet food.

Great little store. I bring our pups for a quick nail trim. Really easy and usually very fast. Our dogs never come out traumatized or upset. The groomers really do a great job. Highly recommend!

Great items for your pets

My wife and I have been bringing our Keeshond here for a while now for grooming. Both groomers do a wonderful job with her and we're going to miss this place once we move soon. We also bring our other dog by to get her nails done (even though she's a bit of a squirmer) and they've done great with her as well. Everyone who works here is great and they have a good selection of treats and dog products. A+ store.

Mom and Pups is the best place to shop!! They have everything you could ever want for your dog or cat. Great groomers and a fantastic selection of food. They even have a DIY dog bathing area. Ford loves to come for baths with Bri or Porche and they are great at dremeling his nails. Christina keeps a great selection of items you can’t find at the big pet stores. Pictured here are a birthday bone, hat and toy all for Ford’s first birthday! It wouldn’t have been complete without these special items from our favorite neighborhood pet store!!

Treated my big guy like an angel. Great hair cut

I am beyond happy with how she left my baby! Trust me my Charly is a Maltese and I've been searching for groomers to groom him and they all said no so his matts kept getting worse and she was the only one that said ok I'll give him a shot and I'll try to groom him. Super nice lady and she did it she left him so handsome. The literal best groomer ever! I was so happy I cried on my way home, tears of joy to see him so gorgeous. I am still emotional writing this review.

Owner is very accommodating. They always have a great selection of pet accessories and treats. The groomers do a fantastic job. The self service tubs are great for my large shepherd.

I have visited Mom & Pups for years—since it first opened— to buy treats, supplements, healthy foods, and toys for several of my dogs. Also my first choice for grooming. I appreciate Christine & staff. You can tell they really care. Especially thankful for the time Porsche takes in calming & grooming my very nervous pup who usually hates getting groomed. So glad this shop is here in Marietta!!!

My pom has been going here for about two years now and he always looks absolutely adorable when I pick him up! We have tried several different groomers, including in the city, and this is my favorite by far. Consistent and reliable. Asher loves you!

Extremely dismissive and hurried over the phone.

Went in for the self serve wash for the first time and could not have been more pleased. The employees there are all extremely helpful and personable. They provide everything you need (towels, shampoo, dryer, brushes, ear cleaner, and a quick how to) which is a huge help. Got a wash and a bone for less than 25$!! Extremely affordable and keeps the hair from clogging up my shower drain. Thank you guys so much!

I have been using mom& pups for years & years but yesterday they had a “miscommunication” and shaved my border collie instead of giving him a short outline cut! I can’t begin to say how upset I am and all they could say was “sorry & I understand if you want to use another groomer “! Really?!! Never again!
