Caring staff! Would do work PetSmart refused.

My dogs got fleas from this groomer! My 13 year and 2 year old dog have never had fleas before. Brought them here and they became infested with fleas. Called them and let them know and they did not even say they were sorry. Never taking my dogs back here again!

My furry daughter was treated with great care. She came out looking amazing. Very much on the pricey side but, they got it right the first time.

But the fact that I'm just now leaving a review there's just a clear oversight. we've been bringing both of our dogs to design our dogs for a long time. We have a little pomeranian who we bring here for grooming and they do an absolutely incredible job. We also have 150 lb Rottweiler that we bring here to the boarded when we go on vacation and as big and as strong as he is, the folks here handle him wonderfully and seemed to genuinely enjoy him when we bring him in.

Taken all the pups there over the years and the staff is great at grooming. Golden Retrievers and Cavalier King Charles are breeds we take there and they handle even nuance of style changes easily.

Lauren is amazing. My fur baby, Buddy loves her so much. He gets so excited when I tell him we are going to see Lauren. I feel so comfortable leaving my baby with caring people who love him and it shows.

I love Designer Dogs. They do a good job and while my dog hates baths she loves going there, which tells me she is treated well.

Owner (Holly) groomed my Maltese for over 13 years. She is a wonderful groomer and person. When I dropped my baby off for a “spa day”, I always felt confident she was in capable and loving hands. Holly does an amazing job! Highly recommend her service.

Absolutely Fantastic! I drive am hour because they are worth it. Everything about the operation is great, the groomers, the $, the service, the scheduling, the way they treat your furbaby.

We love Designer Dogs! They do a FANTASTIC job every time we board our large dog and groom our small one!!! If the pups had thumbs, they would have 8 of them up for Designer Dogs!

Update: Benjamin has been seeing Holly for 2 years now and omg I just love her. I always wait too long to get him groomed and he ALWAYS comes back looking just amazing. My dog loved Holly!! He went in looking pretty shaggy and awful and came out the most handsome pup. They've earned a regular customer from me!

The staff was friendly. Holly did a wonderful job on my dog. The store was clean. My dog was ready when promised.

We’ve taken our two small Shih Tzus to Designer Dogs of West Cobb since they were puppies, weighing 2 pounds. Becci, Amanda and the staff have always taken great care of them. They always look so nice after each grooming. We’ve used them for a year with nothing but great results!

Brought our 7 year old healthy dog here for the first time after normally using PetsMart only because this place was closer. Awhile after dropping him off we receive a "911" text, my dad rushes back where he is taken to the nearest vet and pronounced DOA. This was shocking as he had been groomed at PetsMart probably 20 times without ever having any issues. Very weird circumstance to say the least, and we were of course devastated. Never received any follow up from the groomer nor an apology. Will NEVER bring any animal here ever again.

They take great care of our Louie (90lb black lab). Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I used the self service. They offer 4 shampoo options at the self serve. They provide a water proof apron, towels, and will help place large dogs in the elevated wash tub. They have industrial strength blowers to dry your dog. If you use self service, note that the hours are not the same as business hours. Self serve starts later in the day (the only reason I didn't give 5 stars)

I trust the girls here with my best friend. They always treat him great. He loves to play with them.

They do a great job grooming our Westie

We go every 4 weeks and I am always pleased with the service. I have not gone back to a chain since my first trip here.

I was very pleased with the grooming I received for my Jack Russel Terrier mix. He has skin allergies so they used a medicated oatmeal shampoo. Since I brought him home, he hasn't been itchy and smells clean and fresh. He was also shaved very nicely as I requested. I agree with other reviews that the price is a little bit higher than what I usually pay, but regardless I plan to go back.

We've had nothing but excellent experiences with Designer Dogs. Our two golden doodles are always well groomed and look forward to their bath times. It's funny watching them get excited when I pull into the parking lot. We've used several groomers before, and once we switched to Designer Dogs we haven't used another groomer since. Three years of excellent service.

Best place in town for grooming your pets.

The people who run this place and groom the dogs are very friendly and much more professional than the place in Paulding County. If you live in west Cobb or east Paulding I would highly recommend Designer Dogs. I'd give them 5 stars except for the prices, but they're pretty close to being normal for a full groom and bath.

We have taken our dogs to Designer Dog since they opened and have been very pleased. My little shih- tzu is an ornery handful for me to even comb her, and she absolutely hates her feet being touched. But every time I take her to be groomed, they always do a great job and apparently she is fine for them. They are very good about fixing/correcting anything that I point out that I may want done when I pick the dogs up. I have even had to stop by between groomings to have bows redone and they are happy to do it!

I've taking my sweet furries babies to this salon since it opened. I think Holly Browne is an awesome groomer,person, owner of the salon. I moved here from Texas thrilled to find such a wonderful caring groomer, clean ,neet, that met all our need's. Matched up with my fablous groomer in San Antonio. I"m very particular about my furries babies. That is saying a lot for me . I alway's believe everything is better in my beloved Texas. I feel blessed being a part of this salon, knowing my babies are well taken care of.

The 2nd visit did not go so well. My 17 year old dog was left in their care for a grooming. Evidently, my dog for the first time in his life went into a siezure at the groomer because the noise of the dryer TERRIFIED him. He is almost completely blind, so sudden noises and movement frighten him. But here is where the situation becomes UNACCEPTABLE. They DID NOT call me the moment after the event. They continued to groom him in his heightened state of fright and anxiety. I only found out what happened AFTER i arrived to pick him up and AFTER I had paid the bill. Their FIRST CONCERN was finishing the job and COLLECTING PAYMENT at the expense of MY DOGS HEALTH who was rushed to the ER the moment I picked him up who did not even recognize me when I put him in my arms. I could care less about the money, but I am DISGUSTED that I was not called the minute my little boy had an health crisis. This place needs to be shut down FOREVER.

We love Lauren, she does excellent styles, exactly what we wanted and our fur babies were very happy!! She's the local dog-whisperer
