This is the best grooming family ever! They clean and care for your pet, and educate you. They don't just take your money, they join your family. We wouldn't go anywhere else, unless they do...then we will follow. They help with my dogs shedding and make him look, feel, and smell great! Our family love them and that includes my four-legged son:-)

They do such a wonderful job. Very caring.

The guy running this place is a clown. When we walked in he talked on the phone for 10 minutes without acknowledging us. Then when he got off the phone he said "one minute" then walked away for another 5 minutes. Then when he returns he just stares at me. Needless to say it escalated from there... bottom line.. if you can't treat your customers with respect, you don't deserve their business. Do yourself a favor and take your pet to someone else.

I've been taking my Yorkie here for 6 years. Natasha knows how to properly groom him without me saying a word. He can be funny with strangers but he is extremely comfortable with her.

They love your dogs and the staff is happy to see them and you. I’ve never been disappointed.

They were accommodating by working me in last minute.. But the lady who greeted us told my dog that he was funny looking. She also scolded him when he did a nervous-in-a-new-place wee. His haircut was very choppy looking. The photos are not of the groom he got there, but to show you that he is NOT funny looking.

My dog had a poopy bug, stuck in her hair... and the man (owner) who took us this morning... was (seemingly) cool with getting rid of it for me! *I'm weird about animal or people poop... So I give him 5 stars because he was a great Front man for the business! I will be taking her *(my dog) here! Anytime and everytime... I have this issue in the future!

The provide excellent grooming at a fair price. Our dogs love going there!! That is the best feeling in itself! They are the best judges!! Our yorkie is a bit difficult to groom and they handle him well. So glad we found them. Try them. You will be glad you did!

This team is great! They do such a good job on my Shih Zu! They are friendly and don't charge an arm & a leg. I can usually call them and get my little boy in within 24 hours. I am so happy I found them!

Have always been good with my dog Fluffy. Owner has sometimes even taken him out to my car for me. I wish Fluffy could sit in the front window, but he barks too much, but that's not their issue.

Kayla and Chris always take care of my cavachon. We have been going here for over two years and we love it. Love having the same faces every time and my dog does better with that also. Feel prices are average. Highly recommend.

I love taking my baby Carmen here! They ALWAYS do a superb job! They try to work with my busy schedule as a nurse, and it is always good to know they are taking care of my baby! To the other guy; Yes during the holidays they are busy and they are concerned about the time they spend with every pet. This is not accounting, taxes can be amended if mistakes are made, animals are not as forgiving. So moral of the story is, book your appointments 3 months at a time! You know your dog needs a grooming every 4-6 weeks, so therefore as a responsible owner/parent you should book accordingly. No need to blast them because they could not just "squeeze" you in.

I have gone to many groomers, but none take care of my Shih Tzu like Hart of Grooming. He is always cut nicely and smells so good.

There was nothing fair here it was all POOR. I used their services for several years but the recent treatment I got over the winter holidays was not good. They had no time for my families pet for the entire month of December 2012. So I found Acworth Animal Hospital and they did fine. Then today I thought maybe I'll give them another chance and they blew it. They told me there was a 3 week wait. I told them no thanks and I will not be coming back. Give me a break 3 weeks. I'm an accountant it is April 12th and I can still get last minute clients in and I'm slammed.

Just had my mutt there, prices were fair and employees were very friendly to both my dog and me. Understanding of schedules and worked with my times. Very reasonable and very nice. My dog looked beautiful and was taken very good care of! Will go back again!
