Staff was friendly and helpful. I adopted a male boxer, he is very sweet. I’m glad I was able to adopt Jack, he fits into my family very well.

We went last Saturday (a week before Christmas). We were worked in to see a German Shepherd Husky cross named Claudia as a potential emotional support animal for my 17 year old. The volunteers and workers were very helpful and knowledgeable. We spent some time with Claudia and fell in love! We adopted her and went straight to PetSmart to go shopping. Her new name is Cynder and she is amazing! Thanks to everyone who helped us get her!

They do wonderful work here and when you go it will tell you how much a pet can add to your home.

Very rude woman answered the phone when I called. She spoke to me in an attempted condescending manner.

I brought a cat that had been injured to this place and was greeted with open arms. The staff was so welcoming. The place was so clean and smelled very nice. I just loved the caring everyone showed. Keep up the great work.

LOVE the staff. They were all very nice, helpful, informative, and showed great customer service, and even better… shows love and affection for all the fur babies. Today was a breeze doing paper work. Tomorrow I pick up sweet Bruno, and I can hardly wait. Thank you to everyone for the amazing help. Adopt, it’s the best feeling ever! ❤️

Amazing place we got our puppy last Wednesday. She's was in perfect health. Our vet checked her out this morning and told us the same thing only thing they got wrong was her bred she's actually a staffordshire terrier not an American pit bull which is actually what we wanted

We had a scheduled appointment for a meet and greet with a specific pet whose ID # was on the appointment schedule. I tried to call to verify he was still available. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and never did speak to anyone because we had to leave with our dog for the appointment. When we arrived we were told the dog had been adopted. No one even tried to let us know before loading up and going out there. This is the second time this has happened, and be assured, it is the last for us. Very happy the dog was adopted, but we will be adopting our next pet from somewhere else.

You need an appointment to go in to view the animals. Not a terrible thing on its own yet they fail to mention that anywhere on their website. Had to drive all the way there just to be told to go home. They also seemed a bit pretentious when I inquired of their policy's. 1/10

Had an appointment, after checking our temperature, got us in right away. My fiance' and I were looking to adopt a puppy, this facility had quite a few we considered taking home, unfortunately most of the dogs and puppies were being treated for heartworms at this time. We also wanted to a mate for our 2 yr old female Mastiff, but we found out that County Laws and Regulations will not allow adoption without performing a surgery to have them spayed and nutured.

Very disorganized. You have to make an appointment, but you can't pay your adoption fee in advance, so if the animal you came for is gone or if one you are interested in is not available yet, you just have to make another appointment and show up on the off chance that it works out. Also, if appointments are required along with masks and they are taking temperatures at the door, why is staff walking around with their masks down on their chins? If you care, do it right, and if you don't care, then don't have an appointment system in the first place.

Great customer service! The staff was friendly and didn't mind answering my questions. The shelter was clean and organized. My heart broke a little knowing people aren't big lovers of pit bulls. I personally think they're the most loveable and loyal dog breed that has a bad reputation, but little breed dogs bite us too. Anyone looking to adopt a pit should make an appointment with Cobb Animal Shelter!
