Our German Shepherd Dog, Rose, died on our way to the vet, and when we arrived, everyone was very compassionate and professional.

I can honestly say Dr. Kirby ( both) seem compassionate and love caring for their 4 legged clients.

They are the best Wouldn't take my Gracie anywhere else.

I brought my grandmother’s dog, Buttons, to Dr. Brian Kirby after he started acting strangely the night before and we were having trouble getting him in to other vets offices. The front desk staff were very nice, and even though we didn’t have an appointment they were happy to help us. Dr. Kirby and his tech were very kind and knowledgeable, and Buttons is feeling much better. Overall a great experience and I have nothing bad to say! :)

Always happy with the doctors

After doing business there for a couple of years I can say thay they are , generally, young and friendly. They listen to your current needs and then they do not: Follow through Talk to Chewey Return phone calls or Call you when they said they would Don't record appts Blah blah blah.

They are very good with me and my dog tootsie.

They took excellent care of my little fur baby all through the years and even up to her last moment. Knowledgeable, compassionate and caring people.

Was referred here by a friend back in 2010, and have been grateful for coming here ever since. Everyone is so friendly and caring, especially so when my fur baby crossed over the rainbow bridge. Putting me on touch with a crematorium. Then sharing in the joy of rehoming another Westie named Tucker! Dr's Kirby have been and continue to be the best around!

Great Vets once you get to see them! Every time I’ve had an appointment we’ve had to wait 50 to 60 minutes. By the time my pets gets to see the Vet they are really stressed.

I have three dogs and they have taken care of all of our dogs since they was born.

I called them from Indiana to help my daughter living in La Grange with an ill dog. They were all super kind, very helpful, and helped me with paying part of their bill. Several weeks later I had to call and make final arrangements. They were so helpful and kind. I couldn't be there to help my daughter and her family but they made it possible to help from Indiana. Special thanks to Holly!

One of the feral cats that hangs around my shop was injured. They worked him in and fixed him up and did a neuter on him. Called to check on him after I got him back to shop. Thank you so much! They've spayed and neutered all my shop cats. So important to do as Lagrange has a terrible feral cat problem.

Dr. Whitlow and his staff are compassionate and wonderful. They love my pets as my as I do. They took good care of my cat who suffered burns I believe at the hands of a cruel person in my neighborhood.

I called them as I rushed in with my baby girl. As soon as I slid into the parking lot someone ran out to take her straight back. Unfortunately she was gone before we ever got there. The ladies here gave me time with her to say goodbye and answered all of my questions when I was ready. Above and beyond.

Dr Brian Kirby is an amazing human. My almost 12 year old boxer is now his patient. He took time out of his afternoon off, to call me back after a frantic phone call from me, someone he has never met. He spoke to me for nearly 20 minutes about my dog. I felt awful about interrupting his time off. He made sure to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I never once felt rushed by him or that I was a bother. He was very information and answered every question I had. He could have easily said come in tomorrow and I would have paid another fee. I appreciate that. I hung up with him feeling reassured and knowing I could call back at anytime with question. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I've never met a more caring doctor. I highly recommend his clinic for your pet needs. Such an amazing experience.
