Last 2 times I got overcharged for products. Store has no one to help customers. Cashiers are not properly trained. Will never shop here again.

Wonderful place. The man who takes care of the fish is very helpful wish I got his name.The date I was there 12-28-21 The groomers took my fur baby as a walk in very grateful for everyone there .

Love my hair after every appointment. Bella, my stylist is fabulous! 30 years ago the owner established Elon and made her place in the beauty industry. This beautiful salon offers a wide range of services. Most certainly my recommendation for anyone in need of a hair make over.

I shop for as natural a dog food and treats and chews as I can find. You have some of these so I will continue to shop at Petco when I run out at home. I usually buy on the Internet but sometimes when travelling it's not always convenient. The sales person was helpful with my questions about what you carry. I wish you carried more. There were only 2 brands of dog food that qualified in my criteria and you didn't seem to carry all of Honest Kitchen's items but I was still content with my purchases and your sales of the day.

Very disappointing. They are remodeling, so they have next to nothing. They went up on their prices. Staff was very helpful. That's the only reason they get 2 stars.

Don’t buy salt water fish or corals, there are no guarantees. I purchased a coral not knowing that these purchases are different from all other return policies. The coral died in my tank instantly and our tank is stable and been running for years, I took a chance in buying a coral at this store and should have never done that ! This is not a reef store. The department manager Hailey said -“no guarantee no return policy on salt water”

Good experience. Prices seem to have went up, but all is well.

Good staff but need more stock

I purchased minnows from here as feeder fish for my 4 year old Oscar. A couple days later I noticed my Oscar started peeling and getting some white looking stuff on her body. I took a picture of her and a sample of her water to Petco. When I got there the sales person working in the fish department remembered me and told me the minnows that I purchased had a bacteria infection and almost all the fish in the tank but one had died. Another person came over and we discussed how to treat my fish and they recommended I go to PetSmart. PetSmart provided me some medicine and directions to help but my Oscar continued to get worse. Her eyes became completely covered with something looking like a white ball. I then went to Aquarium Emporium with water samples and pictures. They gave me stronger medicine and specific directions; however she was just not strong enough to pull through. My 4 year old Oscar passed away this morning. I thought about what the service guy at Petco said. He said it was common for feeder fish to come in sick. I have to wonder if they know that it is a trend or common to receive sick feeder fish, why wouldn't they quarantine these type of fish to ensure the health and safety of their customers fish before selling them? Losing my Oscar was devastating and I have to explain to my son in the Marines that his fish is dead. Petco, you should make changes in your practices as you are directly responsible for the death of my Oscar.

My daughter loves to see the animals. She gets so excited that she essentially runs back and forth saying "Hi" to them all. It's very cute.

This Petco in particular is one of my favorites and I love going to it!

I placed an order to be delivered. For some reason, it got canceled and I have yet to get a $50 refund to my card. I was suppose to get a $20 coupon refund, but when I tried to use it yesterday they said that I didn't have anything. I will not be ordering online again!

I am a vital care member so I spend a lot of money at this store. I went in for my dogs grooming appointment and was treated horribly by two different customers wile waiting in line. Two different customers had very aggressive dogs and I was the one who was asked to leave the store! Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Samantha- who grooms my dog Waylon (large goldendoodle!) is very caring and sweet with him. He actually gets excited to get groomed! -And i'm sure to be spoiled by her. :)
