I loved the comfortable environment. Everyone is so friendly it was easy for a shy person like myself to communicate. They seem genuinely interested and caring about each individual animal.The representatives, nurses and doctors are fantastic. Highly recommend ????

What an awesome place to take your pets ! They service reptiles as well which is even better for our family! The ladies at the front and the dr were so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel good about our pets! Highly recommend!

The people here are some of the most kind and compassionate I have met. I could not recommend them enough. This that was recommended to me by the owner of an exotic pet shop here locally. We were not disappointed when using them. They were knowledgeable and had a service where I could drop off my pet and haven't seen during the day and then pick it up after work. For someone who just cannot get off of work to run their snake to the vet I cannot describe how convenient that is especially when the alternative is having your animal not seen. Thank you my pets vet!

Update- two years later and I'm still loving my pet's vet! I've been taking my two Great Danes here since they were born. I have always had great service here from receptionist to vet techs to doctors. I am very happy I chose this vet for my dogs.

I have two chihuahuas one Chihuahua is 11 months old and the other one is 11 years old. When we bought the younger one which his name is chili he was already established from Petland for this vet. I was so impressed with Dr. Bern and assistance and staff members, that I transferred my other dog Chi from another veterinarian to this one. Dr. Bern keeps his appointments with you so you are not sitting there an hour waiting. Dr. Bern removed a tumor from the eyelid of my older dog and did an outstanding Surgical job. He also remove 12 baby teeth from my puppy Chilli that would not fall out on there own without any problems. They have a great Wellness Plan. Tom Stephens...

Absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Burns was so informative and patient with my bunnies! The girls at the front desk, Sydney and Dr. Burns were just the best. I am very happy to have found my pets place! They are so kind and sweet, just a wonderful place to have your pets taken care of.

We took our sick snake here on recommendation and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Being a walk in was convenient. The staff were superb, prescribed the antibiotics she needed, and gave our Cookie a bonus soak because they noted she was getting ready to shed. Great service and awesome prices!

I had a really good experience with the staff and the vet. My dog has stranger anxiety, especially with men. Everyone was very understanding. The vet was calm and soothing with my dog. I could also stay with my dog during the exam. I highly recommend!

The vet's here are compassionate and really care about our pets. They are always willing to answer all questions. They do not rush you and the front desk lady Antoinette is the sweetest! Update: I changed my 5 star rating to a 2 because I have been calling for a week straight to get my dog seen sooner than their first available appointment. They will not fit me in and referred me to go to a pet hospital. I have a wellness plan though them so I am stuck because I don't want to pay for a visit somewhere else when I've already paid for one there. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this vet when my plans expire. The change in service changed when they changed their name.

This place is pretty good. Very clean and accommodating, good with kids too if you have to bring your human babies to a furbaby check up. Doctors and staff are super sweet and helpful too.

They made the very painful process of letting go of a beloved pet a lot easier. They also worked us in on a busy day and were very understanding, empathetic, and non-judgemental. I couldn't be more appreciative.

Do not bring your pet here, if you care at all about them. Dr. Bern is inattentive and does not know how to communicate with pet parents. Their website boasts “best of class” and “state of the art”, however they were not prepared to analyze a simple skin scrape. Dr. Bern failed to diagnose an infection on a skin bump. (Another vet’s office was able to analyze and diagnose the infection in 15 minutes.) In addition, Dr. Bern’s solution was “I don’t really know what it looks like, so let’s just take it off.” Why on EARTH would I let you cut into my dog, when you’re too inept to even diagnose an infection? Find another office, but do not choose this one. I would it give My Pet’s Vet zero stars, if possible.

Staff was so sweet there and the doctor was great with my 4 month old Blue and Gold Macaw. He got his nails clipped today but the doctor and the staff was excellent with him, they took their time and they talked with him it was good to see the treatment I give to him at home reciprocated. Doctor asked the right questions and gave me answers to my questions. Will definitely be coming back.

My bby (dog) needed medical assistance asap and they were fast, efficient, so kind, and honestly just handled the situation perfectly. Bby can be a bit crazy when he's nervous but was taken care of in such a loving way even with my bbys attitude!

First off this place is very clean, the air even smells fresh inside. The staff is just awesome my puppies just love going to see them every month.
