I can't believe that this location was unable to find what was wrong with my dog during the last 2 months. My dog almost past away yesterday morning but thanks to the E.R. in Alpharetta we have our dog back after 24 hours in the hospital. I just don't think we are coming back to this banfield kennesaw place any time soon. I highly recommend Bandfield in Rosswell

I do not normally come to this location, but when my clinic did not have an available vet, I was diverted to this office. As soon as I walked in to check in with my dog, I felt as though it was an inconvenience to them. They did not even triage my dog completely. I sat out in the lobby and never spoke to the vet. My dog was ushered into a treatment room and within less than 5 minutes brought back out. Shortly afterwards I only spoke to the vet assistant and given medication and that was the extent of care. I understand the concern of COVID and minimizing contact, but the vet could have spent two minutes of his time talking to me about my sick dog even if it was out in the waiting area.Thankfully, this is not my regular vet office, otherwise they would lose a patient.

I pay the monthly fee for their wellness plan which includes vaccines and unlimited office visits. The problem is they overbook and never have any appointments so it’s completely useless. Every time I have needed to use my service, they are booked so I have to take my dog to a different veterinarian. They have never had an available appointment outside of vaccine appointments. The wellness plan is a scam! You should avoid it unless you feel like overpaying for vaccines only.

They hurt on both sides of my little dog's neck, on spaying procedure, as u can see the pictures; I cleaned up her neck thinking it was dirty, after I removedthe hardened black thing and saw her hurt skin is that I realized it was hardened blood, not dirty. Both of her front legs had bruises too, I don't know if the legs bruises are normal or not on these procedures. I think they also charge too much on that thing that goes around pet necks to prevent them to lick the incision, 24 dollars, she said it was with discount with the plan.

It took them 2 hours to do a UTI test. Got the urine in the first 5 minutes of being there. Tried to sell me things I already had. All on record. Could understand the Dr. Just was a waist of time. Going to chattanooga from now on.

Very busy, very sweet and professional. I was 20 mins late and they informed me it would be a long wait maybe two hours. After about 15 min they called me back. Took care of my two pitt mix pups. They let me know what was happening every step of the way.

Service is terrible. They answered the phone and leave you on hold and never come back. Got to the appointment and the staff is unfriendly. I’ve had bad service with them for almost a year now. I will not be going back

Appointment at 9:15 never was told this was not a true appointment but a drop off my doggie had to stay in a nasty cage for hours! Poor service and rude help never again at this location!!

i get people are tired and probably dealing with alot but i felt like the vet tech and the vet were looking at me like i was stupid i appreciate the help they gave me in regards to my dogs diabetes but at the same time i didnt feel like i was welcomed. They made me feel judged and uneasy. When i would ask a question or tell them my financial issues in regards to my pets treatment they just paused and stared. Thanks for the services but i will seek further treatment and evaluation for my dog elsewhere.

I live in Atlanta but I will travel to this location to see the vets, Dr. Reynolds specially, here. They genuinely love pets and their bedside manner are honest when when faced with difficult decisions. My pets have been going to Banfield for 19 years and this location has had the best service.

I would love to commend Dr. Karen Reynolds and Her Staff for all the professional and heartrendering they have given me. This group of my 4 legged babydolls and without a doubt my previous Kids that Dr Renolds and her staff helped me get through my loss of them. Love to them all with what they do.

Today marks the third time I’ve had issues with this location. The staff seems completely incompetent to do any job let alone care for peoples pets. And there is never a manager or supervisor. It’s always someone in charge for the day from another location. I will be canceling all 4 Welness plans I have for my dogs.

My baby has pink eye and the dr gave her meds to clear it up. On the follow up visit 10 days later, it had cleared up and I gave her a spa day. They treat her like the Countess Tina she is!!

My husband and I needed a Sunday vet appointment for 1 of our 3 kitties, Ashley was beyond helpful from the first call but the whole staff and experience made us decide to switch vets entirely the next day. When the other 2 cats inevitably caught the same bug the Banfield staff took wonderful care of them. Thank you guys!

Me again... called this morning, spoke with Ashley regarding a script for my dog. I drive to the pharmacy, no script. It is so incredibly disappointing. Why didn't she follow up to make sure it was done. I know they dont care for me but I'm not going away until PQ does. Shes 15
