Love the care and pruces

I've only been here twice: 1) for boarding and 2) my cat was sick. The service and attention was excellent. The pricing / fees are comparable. Think I've found my permanent forever vet.

My pups seemed to really enjoy the huddle boarding! I do not have Facebook,but my husband was showing me their pictures and they seemed to be having a ball! My husband said they were very happy when he went to pick them up. The staff was wonderful as well! I'm so glad I found a place that my pups love and people who love them!

My dog caught kennel cough from this place.

Absolutely love the entire staff at Kennesaw Pet Center. Our girl goes there for her vet needs and also daycare. Everyone there is always so helpful and genuinely cares about all of the animals who come in their building. Cannot recommend them enough! Thanks KPC!!

Kennesaw Pet Center has been my choice for the past 9 years. They took exceptional care of my 17 year old dog and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. The vet and techs are my heroes. The grooming is incredible and the boarding was phenomenal with my most recent and youngest baby. Love and adore all of these people and could never express how grateful I am to have a safe place for my baby when traveling. Thank you guys.

I made an appointment request for my dog and got a phone call back right away, and was able to make an appointment to bring him in within a few days. The appointment went well; I didn't have to wait long to bring my dog back. They drew blood without stressing my dog out at all, and were very sweet and caring. They're also more affordable than my old vet.

I have been a client of Kennesaw Pet Center for a hot minute. Enjoying the staff and smiling faces for the most part. The building isn’t the fanciest or cleanest, but it’s made up for by the quality of care! However, recently me and my husband had grown attached to a young technician there by the name of Nick. We had previously dealt with Casey and Susan, and there’s another girl there, can’t quite remember her name. And they were all very nice. But when we first met Nick, there was this knowledge that he carried about him that made us confident in anything he said or recommended. Our first visit with him, he spent an EXTRA 20 minutes after our appointment, just explaining stuff about our pups to us. Taking that time, that he didn’t HAVE to take, for a client he had just met! Not to mention that our pup is male aggressive, and instead of getting one of the female techs to handle it, he simply stated “I don’t really believe in broad spectrum male aggression, it’s typically one or two males that they’re afraid of, but we’re gonna change the way she sees that!” And he worked with her and by the end of the appointment she was eating treats out of his hand and sitting in his lap! I say all of this to say, Nick is no longer at Kennesaw Pet Center due to a discrepancy with the staff. Me and my husband have personally sat there and watched the impatience of the staff cut our appointments short, questions not being answered because it’s close to the end of the day, and the techs are the ones suffering from it. We have only ever dealt with Dr. Grant (who seems to be the cause of impatience and lack of compliance) but the other doctor, the older white gentleman, he, on the other hand is FANTASTIC!! We were referred to them through a friend of ours who went to the owners previous clinic, but sadly we will be moving on. It’s sad when a successful practice can’t keep an experienced, sought out staff member due to simple issues that could be fixed. Sorry for the ranting, it’s just sad that we, once again, have to move our pets. I recommend the older white gentleman as a primary doctor, but other than that, find somewhere else to take your pets!

I have been bringing my animals to Kennesaw Pet Center for over 10 years. I am a very happy pet owner with the care they continue to provide to my animals. I moved to Smyrna 5 years ago and make the drive past a number of vet offices! Thank you for always caring for my pets as if they were your own!

Everything was great! As a first time patient and needing to get my Lego in for uper resperatory treatment, the staff were responsive and got him in and treated. They were all so helpful and sweet. He felt so much better fast and I was pleased he was calm when I picked him up considering his scaredy-cat nature. The price was resonable too. I will be using them again.

We love KPC! All the staff is amazing and they take excellent care of our pups. They go above and beyond and always call to check in after a visit, even if it was just routine vaccines. Dr. Grant is a great vet who will take time to explain things in detail and provides the best care. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Poor quality grooming. Chunks missing and uneven cut. Tells you over the phone to drop off between 7 to 9 am, show up at 8:30 for an appointment made over a week in advance to be told they only take drop offs before 8 am. When I played them their own voicemail saying 7 to 9 am suddenly they can keep their own appointment after all. Unreliable and unprofessional. Go anywhere besides here

Nick took absolute care of my kitten. Everyone was so welcoming and loving towards all the pets that were there. This is the greatest pet center.

I brought my 9 month old pitbull pup here for a follow up after she was diagnosed with non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema. My original vet I like but didn't have total confidence in for a few reasons. So I accidently found this clinic (was going to uniform source and missed the turn). When I went in by myself to inquire about the vets here and if they could handle my dogs case, Dr. Fowler himself came out to talk with me. After meeting him I knew I wanted to bring my dog here. Then the day of our appointment, I was early, they roomed me right away and the doctor was on time. He did an exam and ultrasound on my dog and talked with me, answered my questions and made me feel like he knew what he was doing. I also met Dr. Grant that day, because he came in during the ultrasound. Such a nice man, and he will be doing my dogs spaying procedure in a few months. Overall this was an excellent experience with very nice staff and doctors who know what they are doing. I'm happy to have found this place.

You are all fabulous. I love you all from the Front desk, to Technician, to Dr. Grant and Dr. Fowler. The entire group is a family center. Clients are people, not a number.

You can tell that both Dr. Grant and Dr. Fowler are truly caring and compassionate people. The staff is also wonderful. They don't try to push unnecessary procedures and the prices are very fair.

Absolutely amazing! After not being able to get her groomed at a petsmart Kennesaw pet center got her in within 2 days! This was her first groom and she looked AMAZING! They took such great care of her, made her look beautiful and did it for an unbelievableb price. I not only will be back but would highly recommend everyone to do so as well.

Dr. Fowler is thorough and skilled. He does what is needed and doesn’t push unnecessary services. The entire staff is very friendly. Great place and I’m thankful for their help with my 17yo pup

My fur baby has been going here for 6 yrs. I trust her doctor & refuse to go anywhere else for her appointments. Now I'm in the process of moving to Gwinnett County & I am still going to drive all the way back to Kennesaw for anything she may need from him.

There great it's where we always board our pets when we go on vacation, there also a great reputable veterinarian ad well.

I took my dog to this vet for treatment of an ear infection. The staff were very friendly and professional. They took excellent care of my dog.

I had my anti-social, aggressive long hair cat groomed here. They were amazing with him and did an incredible job on his lion cut! They even called me the next day to make sure he was doing ok after being sedated! I will never take him anywhere else!

Great experience for both experienced and inexperienced owners! Both the vet tech and doctor knew exactly what to do and how to solve the issues.
