We just moved here from Orlando, FL. They were able to get my Yorkie in fast and were so kind and helpful. Reasonably priced for an Animal Hospital. Dr Greene was so kind and took his time with our Lola and talking with us. Very impressed.

We love the Animal Hospital of West Woodstock. They are efficient in appointment times, always responsive, fantastic with explaining things, and have taken such good care of our puppy!

I took my dog here twice for skin problems. The first time they told me he had skin allergies and gave me some medicine and shampoo, I used everything like I was suppose to. A month later my dog is way worse than the first time I brought him in, he was itching so bad he was taking the hair off of himself and bleeding. I took him back and they basically told me they didn’t know what was going on and put him on the same medication and shampoo they put him on before. I have gave my money and time to this vet that have not helped me one bit. My dog skin is now worse than ever after using the second round of the medication and shampoo.

Staff and pet owners has been disregarded during the novel COVID-19 pandemic. I expect that when other animal care offices require their staff to wear masks and do no-contact visits, that our animal hospital would take utmost precautions when handling pets and clients. The receptionist was not wearing a mask and sneezed in the very small office. She kept speaking extremely close to my mom who could not back up or walk away. More than half of the staff were not wearing masks including the vets themselves. The main purpose of a mask is to best prevent YOU, the person wearing it, from passing on respiratory droplets to other people when talking and breathing. People who are asymptomatic can pass it on to others. Your location needs to follow CDC safety guidelines. Please start taking better care of everyone’s safety. Great care for the pets, not safe with COVID-19 health measures.

Would NOT recommed from my 1st experience this a.m. entering their office as a new client, my cat had a possible blockage and was told they could not see him as they close at 1:00 ( it was 11)and waiting room empty. I understand if you are busy but she had no care, concern , or compassion for my animal . 1st impressions are important. Am now at Cheerokee Emergency Vet and they are WONDERFUL!!!

We love this place. Our dog (Trixie) does not. She hate them. She hates everyone who is not part of the family. But we love them and still take her there. ANd w take our cat there too.

Love the staff here! I have been taking my 3 rescue dogs here for 4 years. Vets are very knowledgeable and always take the time to thoroughly explain everything in terms I understand. I also adore the assistants and other staff - super friendly, always remember my pets, and you can tell they love animals!

They're really good people and they love animals. They've taken great care of all of my animals over the years.
