My beagle mix Goose loves going to creekside. He gets to run around all day with his friends in daycare and get his energy out. Creekside also does an excellent job with his baths and nails. I wouldn’t send him anywhere else!

Took our Peanut for the holidays for boarding. Not sure how it went after I dropped off or before pickup, but staff was really nice ???? Peanut was very excited when we dropped her off. Only putting 4 stars because I really wished they sent me a video or photo or something of her stay. I can’t ask my dog if she had fun so I have no idea how it went. All I know is she came back in one piece ????????

We were heartbroken when our old daycare shut down daycare services, as our dog absolutely loved going there each week. Our trainer recommended Creekside and I am so happy they did! We have a dog with a history of anxiety and transitions are usually tough for him, but he took to Creekside in record time. There are several things that have made Creekside especially good for us: - Creekside has a big facility and it is not packed with dogs, so the play groups are smaller and it isn't as noisy as some other daycares. This seems to really help our anxious dog relax. - No forced all day group play. The dogs get kennel breaks to decompress, so our dog comes home tired out but not stressed out. This is a major one since our boy can be a little over-enthusiastic and play so much he forgets to nap, which means he becomes the dog equivalent of a cranky toddler. - Convenient online booking. They don't always answer emails quickly but they are good about the phones, so communication is easy overall. They've also been very flexible and accommodating with us. - They offer grooming services and deals which has been IMMENSELY helpful for us in terms of convenience. It is great to drop a dog off at daycare and be able to ask for a bath or nail trim while he's there, as we used to have to book grooming separately. They have also always done a very thorough job and our dog comes home smelling and looking wonderful. The one downside is there are no pictures or videos of playtime posted, though when I asked about it they offered to send me some which was very sweet!

The Customer Service here could definitely use some polishing. Feel as though if you ask any questions about their processes/schedule you are rudely responded to. Very unfortunate being that my dog and I used to love it here.

Was charged for a four day visit when my dog was only there for three days. Called back the next day to ask why and was told that my dog had to be picked up before noon or I would be charged a full day. Convenient for them, they were not even open until 3pm on pickup day - a fact they failed to disclose when I dropped her off. My dog was there for less than 72 hours but I was charged for four full days. I asked to speak to the owner but the owner refused to return my calls. Based on other reviews, she seems to prefer typing a response instead of having a conversation over the phone like a grown up. As for the facility, it smelt strongly of urine and feces both when I dropped off my dog and when I picked her up. During her stay, my dog ate very little of her food and slept the next two days upon her return home - she seemed very stressed by the weekend stay at Creekside. I strongly recommend taking your pet and your business to a place that treats their two-legged and four-legged customers with more respect. Or a place that is concerned when a customer (or their pet) has a bad experience and is willing to talk it over. Your money and your pet are worth more. RESPONDING TO THE OWNERS REPLY BELOW.... You never returned my call but can respond to my review within 24 hours? And just for clarity, your reception WAS CLOSED until 4pm on Monday thus making it impossible to pick up my pet before noon on the Monday in question to avoid the additional expense. How convenient, right? Your receptionist did not notify me at drop off and neither does my confirmation email explain the time difference. However, my receipt shows me being charged for 4 days despite the fact that she was dropped off before 6pm on the 3rd and picked up before 6pm on the 6th - three full days. You know you are in the wrong and that is why you refused to return a call. My dog will never be back. All you had to do was return a call.

Horrible customer service experience, items missing even when you have your dog things labeled. The owner is rude and she doesn't deserve your ,time, money, or even leave your pet, due to the fact if she is nasty to you then she probably is to your animal.

Friendly service, great place to take pets while on vacation.

As a previous client with loyal affiliation to their subsidiary Befur n After, Id have to say communication (or lack there of) with this establishment is subpar. They "open" at 8am, however within the past 2 days of me calling well after they're open, (Ive called at least 5x) I have had 0 success with booking my pet because they never answer the phone or return my call. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they're busy, I booked an appointment online at 8:18am and received confirmation that someone would reach out to me to CONFIRM the booking. It is now 12:50pm and I have yet to receive a call. I decide to call the establishment from my work phone # and guess what?...THEY ANSWERED! However at this point they close in 10 min and it is now too late to drop my pet off for boarding. Getting beyond the fact they screen calls, why was my online booking not acknowledged? I spent $200 for my pets last boarding and he didnt even return home with all of this belongings he was dropped off with, and I still decided to give them a second chance. Thanks for the extra push in the direction of a better Boarding facility that appreciates their clients.

Loving caring environment. Our dog is happy and clean when we pick him up. We appreciate the services they provide.

I love Creekside. I trust no one else to watch my Cat except for them. They treat my Car Korra super well and always take care of her!

I will never return to this business. I took my dog for the very first time for camp (recommended by a friend) and now neither of us will ever be returning with our dogs. Camp hours are 7am-7pm but apparently today they wanted to close early at 5pm. The person I spoke to said “they would LIKE if dogs would be picked up at 5” but never said they HAD to be picked up by then especially considering their hours are open until 7. She called my friend at 5:30 who was picking both dogs up and was EXTREMELY rude with nasty behavior. She said she would be boarding our dogs (without our permission) and charging us because she did not want to stay the full hours until 7pm. I have never encountered this kind of unprofessional experience in a business before. She blamed the situation completely on me and said me and my dog were not allowed back, which is fine because we have no intentions of ever coming back. If someone can yell and behave in that manner to a new customer I certainly would never trust them with the care of my dog. Would not advise trusting this business with your pups unless you like unreliability and unprofessional behavior. Very disappointing.

Great place to get your dog groomed

They do an excellent job of grooming cats.

They are reasonable and care for dogs. I got a real good feeling from them. I used another place before and they wouldn't let you see the back. Creekside had nothing to hide and for a couple dollars a day more he got a small door outside. When I board again, I will board here.

I have used Creekside for boarding and grooming for 13 years. Just had an experience that will prevents me from ever returning. Took dog in for grooming in April and requested nails to be trimmed. Back paw was excessively long and dog …

About a year ago, I found this place. I thought it was great. My dog is skeptical of strangers and not your typical dog. With that said, when we turned to Creekside it was because they told us they had a dog trainer that could help my dog acclimate. It was an awesome place until Covid. They replaced most of the staff, and my dog was not longer used to the same people. However, they did not tell me this after I boarded him for a weekend. The owner rudely told me they had over 160 dogs that weekend, and my dog wouldn’t let anyone near him. They NEVER called me to me let me know he was being taken care of, I would have gotten someone to check him out. The owner is the most rudest person I have ever met! Thank God I’ve found another place with a behaviorist, and she confirmed he was mistreated and traumatized!

Creekside did an excellent job grooming my husky mix. They performed a full de-shed, bath, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning and nail clipping. In addition they let her play with the other dogs in the daycare and she came home a clean and happy puppy. The staff are professional and friendly. One of the best perks of this business is their operating hours of 7am-7pm. This allows working professionals like myself to drop off prior to work and pick up after! On top of all this they are locally owned and operated, support your local groomers!! I will definitely be using them again and referring them to my friends and family! You should undoubtedly trust this establishment with your furry friends!!

We love Creekside and have been taking our golden retriever in for grooming and daycare for years. We are always pleased with the professionalism of the staff and you can tell they truly care about the dogs' well being. Taylor, the groomer, always does a great job keeping our pup looking great.

We used Creekside for several years and never had a problem. The staff have been great and very accommodating. We bordered our dog with Creekside over the 2019 Christmas break. After my son picked our dog up and brought her back to the house, he noticed she was having a difficult time walking. We examined her paws and saw that at least two of the pads (one on each paw) had puncture wounds. Our vet took x-rays of her paws and told us that the paws were severely bruised, but nothing appeared to be broken or torn. The puncture holes were stitched closed and we were told to keep a close eye on her paws. She was put on anti-inflammatory and pain medicines. Over the next few days, the paws got worse, one of the pads suffered a complete breakdown and split wide open. As a result the vet had to surgically remove one of her toes! Fortunately, the other paw healed on its own. When we called Creekside, we were told they did not know how she injured herself but that they were “really busy” during that time and that while they had noticed "some blood" in her kennel they didn’t know the source (her injured paws). Nobody told my son about this when he picked her up even though something horrible must have happened while she was in their care. Given the pain my dog went through, and the very high vet bills that were incurred, we simply asked of the owner that she refund the cost of the dog’s care while she stayed at Creekside (note that we did NOT ask her to pay the much higher bills for the vet, surgery, pain medicine, etc.). She said she would refund the money (i.e. an admission of responsibility) but would only do that if we signed a “document” (I assume a release of liability) AND we had to come in between 9 and 6 pm during the work week. Both my wife and I have full time jobs. We requested to come on a Saturday (Creekside is open on Saturdays), but the owner refused! Apparently it was asking too much for her to give up a 1/2 hour of her time on a Saturday. Furthermore, never once did she apologize for what happened to our dog, express any sympathy for the situation, or inquire as to how our dog was doing. So while I do NOT blame the staff at Creekside for any of this, my conclusion is that the owner could care less about our pet and is solely in the business for money. So while things are great when everything is going well, don’t count on the owner to be of any help if something goes wrong! By the way, I informed her that I would not sign any of her documents and did not take a refund.

They do a great job

I have been boarding my 3 dogs here for years now. The staff is so sweet and accommodating for our fur babies. Highly recommend for all of your boarding and daycare needs!

I walked in and not a single person was wearing a mask. I was going to see if they could take my dog last minute and turned around as soon as I saw they obviously did not care about any of the employees or customers lives. I was told that masks were "optional" and noticed that there were employees and customers (who were both not wearing masks) coming very close to each other, not practicing the 6 feet apart. Don't come here unless you don't care about getting covid and giving it to other people.

I brought my two dogs in for grooming and daycare. They both seemed to love going to daycare and they were very tired after playing at Creekside all day. I also got them groomed at Creekside and Misty did a fantastic job grooming both dogs.

We always take Carrie to Creekside for boarding and now grooming! They have a friendly staff and I'm obsessed with their online booking. It's so easy to schedule for Carrie to "go to the doggie spa" for the weekend a few days before if we're taking a last minute trip. And they're so great with her. Carrie is 13yo now and they're very patient with her. Sometimes she's a little skittish near bigger dogs or just nervous not being at home and the staff at Creekside have always been mindful to keep her as calm as possible during her stay so she's rested and happy when we pick her up. We just had Carrie groomed again and I'm always impressed with how cute and soft she is when we pick her up! They gave her exactly the cut I asked for - and the price is EXCELLENT. So thankful for Creekside and their awesome staff - Carrie can't wait to come visit the "spa" again!

They are great with our problem dog! Highly recommend this place.

We boarded our black and white lab mix, Lindsey at Creekside for two weeks. They have many different accommodation options and lots of activities. Lindsey had daycare group plays every day and just had a blast. She was also groomed expertly before we picked her up. This is a wonderful place with an expert and loving staff. Our family LOVES Creekside. We always know our boy will be safe and cared for whether he is there for a play day with his many friends or during an extended stay. The staff is wonderful - so loving and professional. All the services are the best; from Frances’ excellent to-the-individual dog training, to the positive and fun group plays to the comfortable boarding rooms. The nature walks are special and the water play is a treat for the “kids”. Our boy loves Yappy Time, which gives him extra cuddles and he always looks so nice when he is bathed and groomed there. Can’t say enough good things about Creekside!
