Squeezed me in with a puppy emergency when no one else wouldd, top class animal hospital, very clean office and very friendly staff, will most certainly be coming back!

Everyone I've encountered here is amazing. From the front desk, to the techs, massage therapist, and the doctors. You can tell they truly care and provide the best service. We had some very bad news delivered about our 15 year old dog and the Dr. did such a great job delivering us the information in a compassionate way that made us comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better way. Thank you. I will recommend Butler Creek to everyone seeking top quality service.

I've been bringing my pets (including my Bearded dragons and snakes when I still had them) for years. All of the veterinarians here are absolutely amazing and I trust them 100% with my pet's care. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well!

Munchie was my Queen she was a special cat . This cat was more thin a cat ????she was family she was my friend the most loyal thing so much I can say about munchie but . Butler creek took good care of her . When I was worried in with munchie all worked up they New wat just to doo . My dog became ill overnight and I was frantically trying to find a vet that would take her. We are new to the area, so it was so difficult finding a vet who would take us— until we found Butler Creek. They got us in that same morning. The staff were incredibly nice and took great care of my dog. My dog is a big baby and is terrified of the vet, so Dr. Delaney got down on her level and took his time to make sure she felt safe. His vet tech Judy was also so nice and sweet to my dog. They did not try to sell me things that she didn’t need. I can tell they are truly in it for the love of animals. I 100% will be keeping them as my vet! So glad I found Butler Creek! Oh, and their boarding is only $30 a night— that is the best deal I have found in/near Atlanta!

Dr. Shell and the entire staff at Butler Creek Animal Hospital went above and beyond the call on a recent emergency visit for our pup and literally saved her life. I can't thank this team enough for fitting us in minutes before closing time, performing emergency surgery and staying late in to the night to discuss care and answer any questions - this with a brand new patient. There was not one instance we felt we were keeping them from any other needs or responsibilities (dinner after a long day, family and pets waiting at home, etc...) - their number one priority was our girl!

My cat, Jack, is the sweetest boy but has had a rough time over the last several years. I have spent a fortune with 2 different vet practices trying to figure out what was wrong with him only to uncover on my own that it was the preventative medicine that they prescribed him that caused him such pain. No one ever bothered to check the side effects of this common med that they all insisted he needed! After moving not too far away, I decided to check out a new practice and all the positive reviews made me give BCAH a try. I was not disappointed. Everyone was wonderful and the facility was beautiful as well. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. DuLaney. He spent time listening to all that Jack had been through and really took time to think about the best course of action for him. There were no unnecessary and expensive procedure recommendations. I felt heard and felt Jack was being truly cared for. The bill was a welcome change and very affordable. There has even been a call to check-in and see how he is doing. I am very pleased that this veterinary practice is rebuilding the trust that others broke.

I LOVE this clinic. They do everything here, and they're REALLY kind, professional, and compassionate. They offer services that even include neonatal care, when most others around aren't equipped. I've never met anyone I didn't like from here. Overall just a wonderful place.

Had a bearded dragon that was 7 years old. He had never been to the vet before and was bulletproof and the best pet ever. Unfortunately, he had a stroke in the middle of the night. I had never visited there before and showed up anyway and they took me and him in. We came to the conclusion it was best to put him down, due to the pain he had the night before and the current condition that he was in. Dr. Shell really knows everything about reptiles and the staff and doctor there is the best and SUPER comforting. Thank you so much guys.

I have been taking all of our family dogs and cats here for many years. The rates are very affordable and the vets really care. The office and rooms are always very clean. Could not recommend them enough for your animal!

took my cat in where he busted his stiches open. they was wonderful with my baby and explain every thing to me. I have taken other babies their for medical and grooming.

My daughter and I had the very unfortunate and saddening task of having to euthanized our 6 day old puppy because of insurmountable illness and birth defects. The veterinarian and entire office was so caring,gentle and compassionate that I wanted to let everyone know how much we appreciate them. Sure,we had 6 more puppies with their Mama at home but the the folks at Butler Creek helped us to focus attention on this one little puppy and validated our sadness. Thank you so much. Butler Creek is a fantastic place to take your pet for anything you need. The staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. Shell is very knowledgeable with exotic animals like my bearded dragon which is hard to come by. Butler Creek will be my number 1 choice next time I need a vet. Thank you for all your help!

If you are looking for a dog groomer give Butler Creek Animal Hospital in Kennesaw a call. We have been taking our wheaten terriers to Lisa for many years now and couldn't ask for a better groomer. It's so reassuring to have the same person groom your dog each time you visit versus the big box stores where the groomer is someone different every time. If you have a specific requirement of what you are looking for, outside the "standard" breed cut, you can leave a message with the front desk and Lisa will call you back to discuss your specific needs. She does book up early, so make sure you call and schedule in advance. Lisa loves animals and will take such good care of your pet.

This is the best clinic I have ever taken my fur baby to. Both head vets we have seen have been very professional and quick. We came in the other day and were told they had two urgent emergencies come in right at our appointment time and that our wait may take awhile. My dog needed to be seen so we told them we were fine waiting. They should not have even stressed about time because even on top of the two unexpected emergencies they had and all the testing and blood work my dog got done; they got us in and out in about an hour! I was very impressed and didn’t feel rushed or like my pet mattered any less than the urgent ones that came in. They are so nice and always call me the day after to check in. They also don’t seem money driven like most clinics. For example instead of running all tests at once the head vet only ran parasite testing on my dog first because she said if one test came back positive there’s no need to run all 3 if the problem can be resolved by just paying for the first one (of course she would run further testing if they all kept coming in negative). This place is just amazing there’s no other way to put it. They really listen to you and my pet doesn’t feel like a way to get money but rather like family and like they truly care.

I had to bring in my guinea pig for a possible UTI. The doctor saw me the same day I called to make an appointment. During covid times, the hospital was spotless!! They use clear shower curtains in the exam rooms to help with shields, they take your animal back so they can use the vet techs more and have less people in the exam room, they offered curbside services or if you wanted to come in with your pet, they make sure there is only 1 person in the hallway as you go back. My guinea pig was comforted, I was not scared that they had to run tests on her, and the staff was kind, warm, and very caring!! I will even bring my dog here if anything happens to our current vet

The only place I trust with my baby. I have a very large, accident-prone, anxiety ridden dog and the staff here has always been so patient and accommodating with Rocko that I never doubt he will be cared for as if they were family. That is something that I will always be very thankful to the staff at Butler Creek for: caring and making sure he is comfortable and safe. Extra special shout out to Millie, Skylar and Emma for being the kind souls they are and always being willing to meet Rocko where he’s at. Together we’ve made huge improvements with his fear/anxiety and that is largely due to their efforts. And lastly but certainly not least, the Dr.’s here are amazing, I know my child is in good hands whenever we are here. They are just the best. Thank you.

We had a wonderful 1st visit with our puppy. Although, the building was under construction, the staff was accommodating, on time and courteous. All of our questions were answered and we felt at ease with this vet. Great job!

The groomer did an excellent job of deshedding, washing, and grooming our dog, Dooley. She always does a great job and you can tell that she truly cares about the pets that she grooms. I highly recommend her.

It was quick and easy to get an appointment. This was our first time going to Butler Creek . Everyone was really nice, our doberman was treated exactly how we treat him, with lots of love. They explained in detail his treatments and pricing. Very happy customers and pup!
