Befur and After Kennesaw, Alabama

I really few in love with Befur and After. Great people and they know what they are doing. Our little Emma never looked so good.

We love this place! They do an excellent job every time. I can’t imagine going somewhere else. 9/1/21 I’m really disappointed. I don’t know what has happened here over the last year but you guys never answer the phone and when I do finally get an answer, I’m met with attitude and annoyance. Even when I leave a message, I never get a return call. I’ve switched groomers because of this and I’ve been a loyal customer since this was a brand new business. ????

I had such an amazing first experience at Befur and After! I was looking to get my chihuahua's (Cosmo) nails trimmed very last-minute and found Befur and After on Google near my workplace. I was thrilled that not only they could schedule me quickly, but the staff had such a friendly and welcoming demeanor about them. Cosmo was taken such amazing care of. He's usually a squealer when it comes to nail trimming, but the fine folks at Befur and After brought comfort to him beyond belief. He looked amazing, the price was very reasonable, and they even offer services for cat grooming! I cannot wait to return with Cosmo and even Noodles (my cat)! Thank you, Befur and After!!!! I'll be a customer for life!

We have tried multiple groomers for our shih tzu/Pomeranian mix and Befur and After is by far the best of the best! Jonathan is amazing! We had a few bad experiences at other groomers with our little lady because she hated having her nails done. Jonathan is awesomeness!!! Our little lady loves her spa days now and the convenience of having them come to us is even better. By far the best! Highly recommend.

The guy was very compassionate with Coco. I brought her in to see if we could get her nails clipped. This is the first time we have tried to get them done since we got her. The groomer was awesome!

Love befur and after! This week was my pup's second time visiting, and they didn't disappoint. I have a great pyr who gets EXTREMELY fluffy and each time I've been here, they've cleaned him up so nicely. They trim a good 4 years off him to where he looks like a cute little puppy - my sister said it looked like he got fillers????????. My typical order includes a full groom with a cut and the furminator. Also, they're sooo understanding of my requests and even send me pictures mid groom to make sure his length is too my liking. It's super easy to make an appointment, so I definitely recommend doing so.

I would give no stars if that was an option. I took my dog for a wash and dry. He had a full groom a few weeks ago so he didn't need any other service. I wanted him to look nicer than when we wash him at home. I wanted him completely dry and brushed out. When I picked him up, he looked exactly like he does when we wash him at home and let him air dry- partially wet and frizzy. They charged me $30. I asked for clarification that in fact $30 only covered a shampoo and air dry and they were very adamant that was correct and standard. We are very disappointed and feel like we were ripped off. I don't mind paying, but I want to get what I paid for.To be honest, Sami has never gotten the cut we asked for from them, but he was always neat and well groomed (completely dry and brushed out). I would not recommend Befur and After. They apparently believe they can charge premium prices for substandard service in a grimy location.

Second time here and will be coming back. We have a black pomeranian and they did a great job on his first cut and second to shape..!

Not a good 1st experience. They cut one of my puppy's nails way too short. Puppy threw up on the way home. Also, none of the employees wore any face coverings.

I took my dog to be bathed and groomed, I told technicians she had been scratching and please check for fleas, and shampoo for them if needed. I dropped her off at 11:30 and she was not ready until after 6:30. Needless to say she is still scratching, however no one will bother to return my call. Last time I am giving them my business.

Great customer service and experience!

We have taken our Zoe three times and have been extremely pleased With her Teddy cut. She is senior girl and not particularity fond of grooming, but they always get her in and out quickly to minimize her anxiety. Groomers are extremely nice always knowledgeable always ensuring what you want. Highly recommend!!

I have taken my dog there several times gotten inconsistent results. The last time was very good informed the staff that I was getting inconsistent services they really gave my doggy a good grooming this last time. 4 stars because my son said they tried to give him the wrong dog!

The prices are a little too steep. 70 bucks for a 5 pound dog is way to much. At one time it was 50. And that was way to much. Other the thaty they did a great job. Just not to happy bout the price increase. Why such a jump in price??
