We never knew how sick our cat was until we took her to Vestavia Animal Clinic on November 26th where we had to say goodbye. We never saw a vet at Grants Mill to explain in detail what was going on. It was drop off and they would call you later. Vestavia Animal Clinic took time with us to explain everything they found. I just pray she didn't suffer!!

I visited Grants Mill Animal Hospital while staying in Alabama as a hurricane evacuee/refuge from southeast Louisiana due to Hurricane Ida. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive in getting everything I needed for my dog Lola. They were kind and compassionate. They helped me have one less thing to worry about knowing Lola had everything she needed while we didn't know what our future would look like. I highly recommend them. Very professional! You can tell they truly cared even only meeting us once. Thank you!

I inherited two beautiful pups and the entire staff couldn't have been more accommodating to these beautiful, wild girls. I will always bring them here unless I move out of state.

I cannot recommend this vet and clinic enough. Everything from the facility itself to the front office staff to the vet and vet assistants, we have been thrilled with the enthusiasm, service and treatment of our two dogs. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Dr. Petras and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They always take time to help us care for our puppy and patiently answered all the questions we had as new pet owners. If you live in Irondale or sending areas then take your pets to Grants Mill Animal Hospital. They’ll take excellent care of you!

Had our first consult today and couldn't have been more pleased with the way the staff handled our nervous pup and went out of their way to make her (& us) comfortable. Glad we were able to get in with a such a great group!

Every time I go to Grant's Mill Animal Hospital my animals and myself are very well taken care of and loved. I greatly appreciate the treatment we've received. I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough nice things about Grants Mill Animal Hospital! Dr. Petras, Dr. Buchanan and the office staff are all wonderful. They are very attentive, knowledgeable, and truly care about the well being of your animals. I would recommend Grants Mill Animal Hospital to anyone and everyone.

They are great and always professional. Our new puppy is treated like she is famous. They greet her by her first name even though she only been there a handful of times. Highly recommend them!
