I have used Patton Chapel since I was a kid. The doctors are so good and I love how they explain everything. Trust me, you will love ❤️ them.

My first experience was incredible. I walked in with my dog and we were both immediately greeted and felt right at home. As long as I live in Hoover I will never go to a different Vet. My pup was given lots of love and toys before we left.

Everyone was friendly and helpful from the time we walked through the door. All of my questions and concerns were welcomed and answered without feeling rushed. No wait before getting placed in the room and the wait on diagnostic results was very reasonable. Thank you for treating my baby like your own!

I called the clinic and told them Redd my dog had 2 seizures. And the young lady that answered the phone told me I need to bring her in. My son took Redd in the vet technician called me an asked questions about Redd and her seizures. The Vet called me also n told me what they wanted to do and said the tech will call me with the prices before they do anything, they called and gave me prices on everything and the services were great. I appreciate Patton Chappel Animal Clinic, because they do not do anything before you know the charges. Everyone is very nice at the clinic.

This office is truly special. We have been coming here for a year. They are caring and compassionate. They go out of their way to be helpful. They have worked us when our older dog was sick. They have been with us with our new puppy as well!

We have been taking our cats to Patton Chapel since 2015 and they are truly an amazing staff. They are knowledgeable, caring, and are always willing to answer any questions for both routine and urgent care. One of our cats recently underwent surgery with Dr Murray and we are so grateful for the support of everyone there.

The staff at Patton Chapel Animal Clinic have huge hearts and amazing service providers. You can tell that their hearts are IN IT!!!!! Taylor (the receptionist), Barbara (the vet tech) adn Dr. Rice made us feel so comfortable when leaving Olive for surgery! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The entire staff is amazing. They love my boxer like he is their own. We visit every 2 weeks for a bath & he does extended care when we travel. We completely trust his care and well being to them.

I have a dog who is more than a handful. He had a bad experience at our vet before we moved to Alabama. Everyone at Patton Chapel has been so patient with my boy, figuring out the best way to get him checked out without stressing him more than needed. They have truly been a blessing. I’m so thankful to have found such a great vet clinic!

I started coming here after the pandemic and have never actually been inside. My dog never seems nervous when she realizes that's where we're headed and always comes out seeming happy and excited. They are pricier them some other options, but after having shoddy work that cost lots of money to fix and pain for my dog at a cheaper vet I am happy to pay to never be worried. I also board here and forgot feeding inscrutions once. They called as soon as they noticed my dog had no portion control to ask if there was a better way to feed her. They obviously care and pay tons of attention.

The team at Patton Chapel is great to work with. Very knowledgeable veterinarians. The entire staff is always helpful and available. We love the automated text reminders when it’s time to refill flea & tick prescriptions or come in for a visit. Highly recommend.

The staff was amazing in general. From check in until the appointment was over. Dr. Murray is definitely an amazing doctor. I highly recommend coming here. I was nervous taking my baby in and he was too but with all the love he received from each staff member, I have no worries that they wouldn't treat my baby any different than their own.

Staff was friendly. They were great with my puppy, he didn't notice that he got a shot because he was busy licking squeeze cheese.

The vet staff is amazing and sweet. The doctors remember my pup by name and he always comes back to me happy and when I drop him off he’s not nervous. I’ve been taking him here since he was a puppy and I was calling multiple vets freaking out because I had seen worms in his poo. They were the only ones in the Hoover area and surrounding that answered me nicely, reassured me, explained the worms and set me up with an appointment. He’s 3 now and unless I change states I’ll keep taking him here. The ONLY complaint I had was recently with the grooming side of things I did not really get a solution to my problem. So I will not take him for grooming purposes again but as far as medical needs this is a definite go to.

I'm a first time pet owner they were very understanding with all my concerns. Very patient an attentive. Didn't rush me at all with all my questions. The staff and Vet Dr showed great concerns and gave great care to Lucylei

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and when we arrived there was almost no wait! They had already called to get records from my previous vet and they had an outline of charges for my visit BEFORE I sent my pups in. My pets got exactly what they needed and I didn’t feel pressured to add any unnecessary extras. The staff was very kind and personable. I will definitely continue to use PCAC! Thanks guys!

The staff at Patton Chapel Animal Clinic are friendly, helpful and professional. They explain the pros and cons of each procedure and suggest what is best for the health of your dog and what is most cost effective for you as the owner. They are willing to work with our crazy schedule to see our baby girl. They breakdown the costs and treatment options so that you can fully understand and fee comfortable with your choice. I would recommend this group of veterinary staff any day!

The staff here is very helpful. They take good care of our cat. The need for a particular service is explained in detail and costs are explained up front. Very happy with the care given our pets over the years. Would recommend to anyone needing care for their pet.
