Valleydale Animal Clinic Birmingham, Alabama

My family has been using Valleydale Animal Clinic for over 25 years when we used to see Dr. Okin. After he retired, we took our pets to see Dr. Falone, and then have been seeing Drs. Winke and Larocca. All doctors and staff have been super friendly and professional. Vet visits aren’t cheap anywhere, but I have never been concerned that the folks at VAC would give us poor or incorrect information in order to line their own pockets. Their prices are on par or better than most of the other well-rated Vets around our area, and I always feel like I’m getting an honest recommendation. Unless they give us a reason to change our minds, we will continue to use VAC for our veterinary needs!

Valleydale Animal Clinic has excellent Veterinarians and a very professional staff! Our yellow lab has been going there since he was a puppy and he loves everyone there! He is four years old now and is a very healthy and happy dog thanks to them!

My first time at Valleydale was great. They were able to take my dog in the day I called, in between appointments to check her out. Everyone up at the front was very nice and helpful in transferring records, completing new client paperwork, etc. Although I wasn't with the vet during my dog's exam, he explained what he did on the phone to me and came up with a game-plan. I'll definitely be taking Luna back!

I have a “special needs” pup. He is temperamental and can be hard to handle. The vet and techs here are so kind and handle him so well. I feel very good taking him here and appreciate the wonderful service given to him. Would give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you so much

Dr. LaRocca made time to evaluate Molly Saturday just before closing. We would have been worried sick until Monday or spent even more at the emergency clinic.

VAC is like family! They always have something good to say about my dogs and always get things done efficiently and timely. Normally my dogs and I dread going to the vet but ever since we switched to VAC we are excited to go! They are honest and never pushy! Cannot recommend them enough!

As an employee of VAC, I know how hectic the clinic can get. The veterinary technicians and Dr. LaRocca didn't hesitate at all to treat my neighborhood cat for a GSW even though they had a full calendar. I'm very fortunate to work for such an amazing, compassionate veterinarian and with such sweet young ladies. 10 out of 10 all around!

I would give EVERY team member I have met a score of 10! When I relocated to Birmingham from Auburn in December, I was extremely anxious about locating a Vet practice I could feel as comfortable with as I was with EUVH. They were like family to me! Valleydale is not family yet, but I believe I hit the jackpot when I found your practice.. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional!

Dr. Falone was great! Took the time to sit and listen, gave good advice for my puppy, was very kind and thoughtful. The tech that helped was very sweet and knowledgeable as well!
