Very efficiently run clinic - super nice receptionists / techs - and affordable prices!

This is close to our house but even if it wasn't we would still come here. They have taken good care of our dachshunds and the staff is great. There has been a little wait on the phone but they do ask if you can hold and I always say yes since they are busy helping other people. Dr. Sara Choquette has been outstanding and explains everything thoroughly. Our dachshunds have seen Dr. Hodges but we prefer Dr. Choquette.

We've been bringing our fur babies here for about 7 years and absolutley love it. The staff and Drs. are very friendly and compassionate. We had to say goodbye to one of our pets and they allowed us to stay with him and then sent us a cast of his paw and a sympathy card . Great place.

Some of the staff are rude and I don't feel welcome here. Have established a new vet.

I absolutely love this clinic! They take very good care of my furbaby, and always suggest the best care in a clear way. I drive out of my way to come here I love it so much!

To be honest, this clinic is the best vet clinic I have ever seen. The staff is so nice and they make you always feel good and welcome. The doctors and nurses are very professional. And I wanna mention one person in their staff (Donna) she is the nicest lady and the clinic is lucky to have her working with them. They always send a text to remind you of your pets vaccines. A long time ago, my cat was sneezing blood. And we thought that this is it and we need to let him go. But their professional doctors tried everything they can do and in two weeks he was saved and got treated. I can’t thank them enough!! It is very hard to find an awesome clinic like this one! Thank you so much Lack Crest Clinic!

Between fostering for a rescue and having our own pets we have been here ALOT, and they are wonderful. They are always kind and professional, and will do everything they possibly can to fit in a last minute emergency. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

I had 3 feral cats that I needed to get spayed and neutered. I made the appointment rather last minute with only a week until I needed them fixed. Lake Crest was able to get me in quickly. They did an excellent job and we're super helpful and kind throughout the process. Would highly recommend them!

This is the best!! They truly care about your babies????

This place is amazing! The staff there is top-notch, I could not ask for better customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure that your sweet pet is taken care of like you would take care of a king or a queen! I feel fantastic about taking my animal here there is no doubt in my mind that every single person in that building is an animal lover. Every time I have taken an animal in there I feel like my pet is the only one there that is how will they treat the animals. I highly recommend them! I give them a 10 on everything!

Most friendly and knowledgeable but I've ever had. before Doctor Sarah really help to dressed spare couple of concerns that I had and she did it in a way that made me feel great about the process spent lots of time explaining highly recommended

Everyone at Lake Crest Animal Clnic is wonderful. The staff know me by name and know my dogs. All the vets are warm and truly care about the welfare of the animals they care for. Whenever I see anyone asking for a vet recommendation in Hoover (like on FB or the Nextdoor thing) I recommend Lake Crest.

The staff has been wonderful

My wife brought our dog to get neutered. Chelsea was very unprofessional. She attempted to add other unnecessary fees. Also, we were never introduced to the vet and no one asked us any pre-op questions regarding the dog and if he had eaten anything after 10:00 p.m. We were quoted $270.00 for entire service but we're charged $399.00.

I love the fact you always seem genuinely excited to see my boys whenever they come in. You truly listen and rest them like the furry children we believe them to be!
