Dr Haley Burke is amazingly knowledgeable and took great care of our guinea pig when she had an upper respiratory infection and bronchitis. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Great place nice veteraines I would highly recommend then to everyone.They are very friendly.

Dr Frederick is worth the drive from Pelham. She is caring & our cats really like her.

This place and staff are amazing. I have been to many vets throughout the years because of cat rescuing, but through all the vets in different cities, states, and counties, I have never ever met a doctor like Dr. Haley Burke. She has treated us with nothing but kindness and has given my sweet rabbit another chance to live, and I will forever be grateful for that. Her dedication, love, and care for her patients is unbeatable. There really aren’t enough “thank you’s” in the world that could ever express my gratitude. To say she is a magnificent exotic vet is an understatement. I highly recommend this place.

Dr Burke is the best! I’ve taken my rabbit to three other vets and none have cared for him like she has. She truly cares and is so sweet! I travel 2 hours just to see her and will continue doing so. Thanks Dr Burke!

Everyone was very nice. Very helpful. Called the next day to check on the bearded dragon we took in and gave us some much needed advice. I'd definitely recommend them. While I was there I saw other exotic pets so now we know who to call with an unusual pet.

There are no relatively close rabbit vets near me so I found Alford through a google search. They made me feel very at home & reassured during my visit & took care of my bun.

This is the best veterinary clinic that we have ever used. Everyone is very friendly and compassionate. Our little Yorkie had a very bad health issue and two other vets said there wasn't anything to do. Dr. Burke took our dog and was able to give us more time with her. When we had to let her go Dr. Burke and the whole staff were so comforting. I will not use any other vet from now on.

I like Dr. Burke, especially for small animal care. They were very thorough, though I do think there's some miscommunication going on with their staff.

These folks were wonderful from the very 1st call to the office. We had to put our little FooFee❣️ to sleep they made the transition easier they were pleasant throughout the entire time. We will definitely be back when we get our nxt pup to have them as our vet! My only one concern is I believe the young man mopped the room w/the pee that was in the room vs mop water! Lol but other than that this facility was heaven sent & super friendly not just to us but every one that was there! Thank you guys so much! I called several places b4 I found them that were either rude, unprofessional or unknowledgeable with their process. Thank you Alford for being such a hidden gem! ????

I couldn’t ask for a better office for my piggy girl! She was recently attacked by a neighbor’s dog over the weekend, and even though they were booked solid they still took her in. The treated her fantastic and answered every question I had and then some! Super friendly and reassuring also! Absolutely love this office!

Super helpful staff. The vets are really nice. I can't wait until covid is over so I can meet the staff face to face. But just from the hand offs and the phone calls, it's clear they take care of my pup.

Dr. Lisa Frederick is very caring and communicative. She wanted to get all the relevant information about my cat so that she could decide on the correct treatment path. She also wanted me to give her an update the next morning to follow-up and see what the next steps should be. Highly recommend!

My parakeet Chicken hurt himself and I called this vet and thankfully I did !!!!! What a wonderful and welcoming place it was the staff and especially Dr. Haley Burke who took great care of my baby !!!
