So much happier here than at our old vet!

I absolutely love this clinic, and so does Jefe, my dog. Staff is friendly and informative. I don’t feel rushed or overlooked and Jefe feels like he’s the king of VCA Becker (until he gets his shots).

I've been using VCA Becker for over 6 years. Very friendly staff. I will always recommend them.

Wonderful and friendly staff. They take great care of our cats. We make a special trip from 280 to Homewood because they provide excellent care for our pets.

Wonderful, wonderful emergency vet care. Both times I took my cat there, they were reasonably priced, very thorough, and incredibly kind. I can do nothing but sing their praises.

They always take my calls seriously and I feel comfortable every time we go to the vet that they will take great care of my dog. They made sure we had everything we needed to keep her healthy and happy and were super through on our first visit.

I have been taking my cats here ever since I adopted my littlest one from the Birmingham Humane Society, as they offer discounted services for the first few times you have to bring your adopted animal. They are awesome. The scheduling is super easy on the app, and Dr. Ezell is great with my cats. My oldest cat is very scared of the vet and can get feisty (to say the least), and she and the techs are so patient. I trust them with my babies, which says a lot.

VERY caring group of people here..take very good care of your pets needs and shows concern ..even gives follow up calls to see how they are doing. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ..WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THESE THAT CARE .our pets are important too in this stressful time that we are dealing with issues.

Very nice and friendly workers. I have a puppy who is a little shy around new people, but she went right to the woman with no problem .

Loved how they treated my dog. They were nice, and open about expenses. They gave him free goodies since it was his first time and texted to remind me about his heartworm prevention medicine. Super nice! He went in with skin conditions and he looks so much healthier after we used the shampoo and moose they prescribed :)

You can't have a much more horrible experience than losing a member of the family, but I never imagined any animal hospital could have been as kind and sympathetic. I said goodbye to my 18 yr old pug, Lucy, here. They were so kind, understanding, and patient. They did everything but hug me and wipe my tears, and I get the feeling they would have if not for their outstanding professionalism. Even sent me home with a plaster paw print and mailed a personalized sympathy card a couple weeks later. They were great to my doggos the couple of times we visited here before, but after feeling how much they truly cared, I won't take my animals anywhere else. Thank you to the whole staff. I have been calling around all day trying to find someone who could put our sweet baby to sleep in home this weekend, although they were booked they were the kindest people I have spoken to all day. Dr. Ezell got on the phone to try and help me find someone, and that really meant a lot. The vet we currently use just treated us like an inconvenience. When our hearts heal a little and it comes time for another fur baby we will definitely be coming here. Thank you to Dr. Ezell and the sweet lady on the phone for your compassion
