I had been bringing my dogs here for awhile although less frequently since Covid and their closing on Saturdays. The last time I brought them they crated them right after I dropped them off at 8 and did not call to tell me there was an …

Our pup loves coming here for daycare and boarding - he gets super excited in the car when we pull up! The staff is friendly, helpful, and we love that they know him by name!☺️

This was my 2 Dobermans’ first social event off leash with other dogs. They told me about the friends they made and, the best part, they were so wore out, they fell fast asleep as soon as we got home! My pups actually get excited to go in when we get there! They always smell good for the car ride home too! Definitely recommend!!

Services were good here, but our dog got kennel cough shortly after being boarded and sent to daycare here. I saw previous reviews from dog owners that had the same experience, but I assumed ours would be okay since he had the Bordetella vaccine. Guess not.

Harley Bear loves Roverchase. She always starts screaming in a good way when we pull up and see the door. Ahe wants to see der fellow hairy friends. Also, Rachel, I believe that does the haircuts always does a great job. Harley bears haircut yesterday was awesome. Would not even think about sending her anywhere else. Highly recommend Roverchase. I am not getting anything for saying this I am just a happy customer She goes 1 or 2 times a week amd the prices. Are great. Shea tired out when i pick her up. Wish they did kiddie daycare too. J/k.

I LOVE Roverchase. There isn’t another place that I’d trust with my girl. I feel so comfortable each time I drop her off, and she is always excited to go to “school!” I couldn’t recommend a better facility for your fur baby.

Took my pup here for a few months and he seemed to love it. Came home exhausted each time as if he had a blast. As far as the friendliness of the staff, that was a hit or miss, honestly. I only interacted with one lady who I think may have been the owner that was really really sweet. Anyone else would come get my puppy from the car in the mornings, not say good morning or anything, just grab him and walk inside. I don’t know a single staff member’s name because no one ever introduced themselves to me. His very first day at daycare, he came home with scratches on his face from where he’d gotten into a fight with another dog. His second time at daycare, I got a call from one of the staff members there letting me know that he’d got bitten in the head by another dog & was asked if I wanted to come pick him up. I debated on not going back after that but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. A few weeks later, my puppy contracts Kennel Cough from there which ultimately developed into pneumonia. As any other pet parent, I was angry because every dog is supposed to be fully vaccinated in order to attend there. $250 later, thankfully, he made a full recovery. I didn’t take him back for weeks because I was paranoid. However, I moved closer to the area and decided to give it another shot. Took him back on a Friday. A few days later, I notice he isn’t feeling well & end up having to take him to the emergency vet at 2:30 am. What have you know, Kennel Cough AGAIN. He’s been sick now for almost two weeks. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this facility. Ever.

We brought our 1 year old German Shepherd to April at Roverchase. He had been surrendered by former owner as "too much to handle," fostered, and then we adopted him. He was basically a very excited overgrown puppy who was a constant handful to manage. In only one week, April taught him very important basic commands. She also helped him learn that making us happy is a rewarding experience, so she helped him globalize his education to other things. She gave us lessons in the right way to give him commands and help reinforce good behavior. We are extremely impressed and so thrilled with our well behaved dog. Thank you, April and Roverchase!

Amazing place for dogs! Great doggie daycare with lots of playtime & specialized playgroups to separate large & small dogs. Amazing trainers & kennel staff, boarding, grooming, & training classes. The owner, Abi, is highly trained & specialized in training pets, show dogs, & service dogs. The trainers, kennel manager, & groomer are all long term staff who are excellent at all they do. I really cannot say enough great things about Roverchase. ????

PNEMONIA PNEMONIA PNEMONIA MY dog went through twelve weeks which equaled $1000.00 and my dog basically learned how to sit. On top of that she contracted pneumonia and I almost lost her. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME on this place, unless you got money to burn. Half the time I did not get a video and when I did it was half way done. After I complained I was offered a “free” one on one training. Gimme a break. You’ve not taught the dog anything in twelve weeks so now a one class of one on one will cure it. Geeez. Also, do not use the daycare, twice when I picked my dog up she had Feces on her. I think the take them all out back and let the all run and play and get exhausted.

Hands down, the best place for dog training and/or behavioral issues. The daycare/boarding is amazing as well if you can afford it.

We took our two German Shepherds there to be tested for training and possibly some play time with other dogs. Employees said our boys were too aggressive and they could not take them. First of all, my dogs have been in training since they were a few months old. Their training consisted of us leaving them there 2 or three times a week and the trainer worked with about 10 different dogs. They played together every day with never a problem. Our vet has also commented on how well behaved they are with people and other dogs. There has never been any sign of aggression. I truly believe the employees at RoverChase were intimidated by the size of my boys, both being well over 100 lbs. They should have just been honest with us. Never would we recommend this place.

They really care about keeping the dogs as happy as possible. They were so accommodating with my nervous dog Max! He seemed so much happier after staying there, as compared to our previous boarding location. With so many knowledgeable people on staff, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

April worked with me and my 9 month old pitbull mix to help with the pup getting over-excited and jumping up. The training time with April was great and we've seen a big improvement in the pup's behavior! I appreciated that April let us run a few minutes over to make sure all our questions were answered. Great service!

This is Jackson aka Jax. I was nervous initially about leaving him as a 12 week old puppy for daycare 3 days a week. I can say now it was the best move I ever made. I have been raising German Shepherds for over 25 years. However, my schedule had changed dramatically and I was driving 5 days a week, almost 8 hours a day. The thoughts of leaving him to himself home in a crate were worse than the fear for leaving him with someone else. He will be 1 year old June 21, 2018. He is by far the most well-rounded, sweetest shepherd I have had. Not a mean bone in his body. I had to take classes to learn what they taught him! I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you EVERYONE at Roverchase Academy for loving my boy!!

I have gone through Roverchase group training which was fantastic. Aidan did a great job and took time to work on things that I specifically was having trouble with when there was not a big class. I took my dog to daycare and the owner, …

Rachel is a great groomer. Builds rapport with both pet and owner. They have great daycare no matter what size or temperment. 10 or 11 different modules of ample size are supervised very well. I recommend them highly.
