My dog seemed to like it there and I thought the people were nice. Job was well done. The most important part is that I called 4 other places before setting first appointment with my new dog. They were the only who took or even returned my call.

Don’t bother making an appointment. I had an 11:30am appointment for a bath and they said it would be an hour/ hour and a half. I came back at 1pm only to learn my dog had been LEFT IN A CRATE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF. They had not started on her bath, and did not inform me of the “first come first serve policy” prior to me dropping off my dog. Upset and disappointed— if you go here, ask specifically what will be done with your dog.

This is a great place with fantastic service!! Very worth it

K9 Splash-N-Dash is great. Wish they had more locations. Easy to go and wash your pet, get their nails trimmed. Or they will do it for you. Priced right for the great services you get.

I've been taking my 2 pets there for aboit a year now give or take. I have 2 shih tzu one pure the other mix with poodle. So far the staff the work and the communication has been the best I've had. The relax laid back and personal approach is alot less stressful for pets and owners. It's a modern system that not only works but it cares.

I brought my 30 lb Golden Doodle in for a Trim service because her hair was growing over her eyes and her little beard a little long. I researched the price before I called and spoke to the groomer when I got there to emphasize how I did not want anything besides that trim up service because I've been growing her hair out from her previous shave. The price for a Trim for her size was listed as $32 "& up" but I thought that is reasonable I just want those places trimmed and I certainly can't cut that close to her eyes myself.. But when I got there she basically had a full grooming done and the charge was $80. When I questioned why it was so drastically different than the price online she said Golden Doodles are priced higher and they just haven't updated the website. I understand she is fluffier, but I didn't even ask for a bath that was supposedly included in the price. The price I was charged was more than the full groom price listed on the site. Other groomers since have not done this and I feel they were not very unfair and misleading with their pricing.

If you are wanting your dog truly cleaned and loved Nick is absolutely the BEST. His attention to detail and love for dogs are absolutely amazing. I’m definitely a lifetime customer to Nick!!! Thank You Nick

They have taken such great care of my pup Captain Hook, he is a 17-year-old little old man and they take amazing care of him he just got his summer cut Today and I couldn’t be happier

I had originally went here to bathe my German Shepherd, Damian Wayne. But, a nice man named Nick had asked if he could bathe him for me. Im a little picky about who bathes my dogs because I had a few bad experiences however, Nick made me feel comfortable with him bathing my boy. I'm glad I did, he did a excellent job on my boy. I'll definitely call for him again.

My first time getting my dog groomed here. Nick was fantastic. He did such a wonderful job. I’ll be going back. I would recommend this place.

Clean facility. Very friendly staff. We did the self service wash and the tubs are high enough that it doesn't hurt your back. I would definitely recommend this place.

They did a great job grooming my dog who can be rather uncooperative. The staff is always friendly and prices are affordable. I highly recommend them.

Literally the Best groom shop in all of Santa Rosa county! They are in the middle of an expansion too.Coming soon.... Doggy day care and Boarding. The facility is beautiful, bright and fun for our fur babies!

They were wonderful and I know my Bailey is hard to handle when she takes a bath not to mention trying to hold her paws to cut her nails. They have a nice clean place it's really wonderful

Great find!!! Brought the dogs in after the beach and they were beyond helpful. Nick especially was great with helping do nails after our self wash. Kids loved it

Very nice and easy to work with

Horrible experience both times I have been there. One time for services for my dog, and one time to try and use their self bathe services. Both times the information I received over the phone did not match what I was told when I went into the shop. And both times the employees were rude to myself and/or my dog. The experiences were about a year apart. I try and give businesses a second chance in case my first interaction was just a fluke, but obviously this is not. I will not be back again.

The workers who greeted me were nice, That’s all I have nice to say. I gave them specifics on the grooming my baby, she came back completely shaved with cuts and infections:

I see the genuine care they have for each of my babies....they look amazing when I pick them up from their spa day!
