Dog Gone Cute Grooming & Bowtique Fort Walton Beach, Alabama

We took our Bella as her first time getting hair and nails cut. The employees were friendly and we came back after 3 hrs and we almost didn't recognize her. She is really so cute. She's already adorable but the hair cut and her hair bows made her the most adorable puppy. We will definitely coming back here again. 5 stars 2nd visit, we're not that happy the way they cut the hair of Bella this time. My husband asked to cut 50pct but they should know better and at least educate my husband that it will be really short. But they didn't. Plus Bella's hair look so uneven. When I picked up Bella, there was a puddle of pee where they allow the pet to go out. So of course, Bella stepped on that puddle so now she got wet by other dog's pee, not just 1 dog but at least 3 dog's pee. First visit was a 5 stars, but the 2nd time was a 3 stars.

There at 8:50,but didn't call me until 2:30 to pick up my dog. (Close at 3:00)My appointment was for 9:00.so 6hours later. Called at 1:30 to check on him and they told me he wasn't ready and had two groomers out . No apology for taking so long But if my dog is there early he should not be groomed at 1:30.Hw shouldn't have to be kept in a kennel all that time. I could have brought him later if they were going to do that. Back hind quarters and rear not groomed. It was like the groomer just stopped there: no trimming or brushing in those areas. Not the first time with these kind of issues either. So will not be going back. Also overpriced. 65.00 is too much to groom a small 8 pound dog. .

We took our dog to “Dog Gone Cute” two times and will never go back. The first experience was a positive one. However, the second time, we made an appointment weeks in advance. As they always do, they sent us a confirmation text with our appointment time and date. When l brought our dog in, the girl at the front told me we didn’t have an appointment. l explained that we booked an appointment weeks in advance and she was incredibly rude asking for our confirmation acting like i was insane for thinking we had an appointment when she didn’t have our dogs name on a card….When my husband showed the confirmation text and called after we were asked to leave, because they couldn’t get our dog in, the same girl literally said “well, it’s not our problem, it’s not in our system” after being told we had the text for this date and time. We understand mix ups and things happen - but at the least, don’t be rude when it was a mistake made on your end and l don’t know, maybe try to get us booked for the next possible appointment or attempt to squeeze us in asap? Horrible customer service.

Dog Gone Grooming is fantastic. The staff is nice and I am always pleased with Daisy's beauty when Morgan gets her groomed.

Kind of pricey but good at what they did also slow at getting it done but would let them groom my puppy again. Explain what you want ...

Great Experience and would highly recommend. Reasonably priced and my puppy is 83lbs. They took great care of my baby and she looked so cute! Thank you again and Bella will be back!

I started taking my best friends, Charli (Shichon) & Bonni (Bichon) to Dog Gone Cute Grooming about a year ago and am very happy with their professional service. Mr. Morgan does a great job on both dogs and is very patient. My senior, Bonni is very difficult to groom. I also love their set up. It’s like a salon and is always very clean.

It's a little bit of a drive for me to get here, but worth the drive. Super nice people.

My regular groomer was unavailable so I took my 18 year old miniature poodle to Dog Gone Cute grooming. My dog Samson is deaf and almost blind and has anxiety.i talked with groomer in advance and he assured me that he would take good care of Samson. Samson did great and our old guy looked very handsome! Thank you, Morgan. I highly recommend this place

At first I thought I loved this place.,.friendly people but after getting my pup home I found small cuts along his entire spine. It makes me so sad because grooming is traumatic enough but now he’s actually hurt. Won’t be back...

We take our fur baby to Dog Gone Cute Grooming, and she loves it there. They do a great job and call when she is ready. I would defiantly recommend!

If we could give this business 10 stars I would. Everyone is so nice the place inside is always so clean we have never had one bad service don't think twice about it if your thinking about giving them a try do it you will not regret it.

We moved from Lilburn up to Jefferson area and I loved my groomer in lilburn . I know it can be hard to find a good one you can trust with your pets . I have taken both of my shih tzu several times here and they do a great job . So glad I could this place .

Made my baby Shelby smell so good and look so beautiful. She's a husky and they had no problem handling her puppy attitude. Anyone who has a husky knows what i mean!!!!
