Every time I'm in the store I get a cookie for my dog, he loves em.

So it makes me very sad that I won’t be shopping here anymore. Buyer beware! I purchased a toy for my dog that was $27, more than I would normally pay. However the toy said it was double stitched, non-rip, canvas, tough guard canine toy! The toy was ripped as soon as he got it…. I’m not sure if it was ripped already before I purchased it, but within seconds of him playing with it the stuffing was coming out. When I brought it back they would not return it and said I could just sew it back up myself! I don’t write a lot of reviews however I am so tired of bad customer service! They would have had a a very good customer because their store is quite charming! It wouldn’t have a cost them anything to return it because they could have returned it to their supplier, but now it cost them a customer! Follow up The owner reached out immediately and made everything acceptable. Therefore I changed the review. Thank you!

Friendly staff, fair prices on gourmet treats

We visited this neat little shop while on vacations and I fell in love. We bought lots of treats to bring back to our furry family member. The staff was super nice and helpful and I loved all of the different choices. I will define be doing some ordering by mail.

I love this place! They have a wonderful selection of toys, treats, and more, and the customer service is incredible. Someone even helped me by taking a picture of my foster pup so that I could post it on social media and now he's been adopted. ????????

Very nice place and the people who work there are amazing... they were very helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to taking care of our little babies we will definitely be going back 3 dogs and a chick is an amazing place to get things for your dogs and cats and a great variety of CBD products first time trying CBD with our little one and it worked just as they said it would...couldn't be happier that we found this place

I love the homemade doggie treats (not sure if they have meow meow treats but I am sure they do (or can accommodate!)). Especially, like how they make every human and their dog feel welcomed!

Great selection of treats and products. I walk my Bailey there for his treats then head to Maas Coffee a couple doors down for an amazing cup of fresh ground coffee and my own treat. Finish with a walk around Fort Walton Landing.
