Kindness Pet Hospital Santa Rosa Beach, Alabama

My puppy is 13.5 years along. As many of you may identify with the feeling, he is my baby. Dr Connor accepted our request to fit us in, though we were not yet an established client. And, it was a few days before Christmas… a rather busy time. My Oliver does not have a short history chart to take in easily. Worse still, we are still recovering from a recent dog attack and surgery, which have resulted in complications. Dr Connor and Alexa were patient with my extensive litany of information and questions. Dr Connor was thorough in absorbing everything; and, making sure we had everything he needed, including a follow up appointment a few days later. The office staff seems to love the call of caring for your needs; and, my baby agrees. Looks like we have been led; by a good friend, to the right place. And, it is a really important thing to settle, to make our new place feel like home.

Dr. Connor and the entire staff at Kindness are always so kind to me and my fur babies. Being new to the area, I was extremely cautious and picky when it came to choosing a new vet for my babies. I felt at ease and knew, as a pet owner, that this was where I wanted to take them. Everyone greets my dachshunds by name and remembers us each time we come in. The doctor and vet techs spend a lot of time talking and explaining anything to you that you have questions about and I never feel rushed when I am there. I am so glad (& relieved) we found Kindness Pet Hospital on 30a. Thank you!

Kindness was able to work in our new puppy to the schedule when she had GI issues and we were very concerned. They immediately found the problem and got her started on appropriate treatment - and also provided both great compassion and education.

Do not go here!! I still can’t believe how they treated my dog when we needed X-Rays, they were really weird about giving my dog the pain medication she needed and the women working at the front desk were so RUDE.

Kindness Pet Hospital is the best!

Was taking my senior dog here for about a year. She has a lifelong issue, with no cure, that requires medication. I specifically chose this vet to help me manage that condition. They would only give me 1 to 3 month supply of medication at a time, which is fine, but last time I asked for a refill they said I had to come in for a senior panel before they'd give me a refill. Mind you I had just done a senior panel 4 months prior. Almost like they're holding me hostage to give them money to get the refill, that my dog has to have. Rubbed me the wrong way. My dog passed away before I needed another refill (she was very old), but needless to say won't be taking any of my other pets here.

Very professional vets. Kept me informed. I wish my doctor was as attentive.

Kindness Pet Hospital is awesome and they take great care of my boy KoKo. They have accommodated KoKo in every way and are so good to him. I think he actually like his visits there lol. Thank you so much for everything!

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Connor and her staff at Kindness Pet Hospital. We have been going to this vet for almost four years now since we moved to Santa Rosa Beach and let me tell you they are the BEST in town. We have two mini dachshunds and they always remember us by name and since Covid they have been taking all precautions to keep everyone safe. They have gone above and beyond for us many times and you can see that Dr. Connor cares about her practice. Not only that, she is excellent at dental procedures as one of our dachshunds had a very rare dental issue and Dr. Connor performed surgery and did excellent. It is such a peace of mind knowing that we have this vet in our community and we highly recommend Kindness!

Went here for about a year with my dogs- read reviews and they seemed to be the best in the area. Obviously not. Had several very traumatic experiences here. Some of the people working at the front desk need a lesson in customer service. Talked to some of my friends after going here and they had similar bad experiences - avoid taking your pet here.

I love this hospital, it truly is the best. Dr. Connor is hands down the most caring and exceptional Doctor my babies have gone to. I know they are in the best hands when I bring them. Celina at the front desk is amazing and will accommodate all your needs and with a smile. Such a special place.

We were on vacation and our puppy got sick. From the moment I called Kindness Pet Hospital everyone was so sweet and super helpful! They answered all my questions and fit us in for an appointment! They took great care of our puppy and my only regret is that we don’t live closer! This is truly an amazing vet!! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby!!

Lucy is our 15 year old rescue. She has experienced a lot of trauma and she lacks appropriate social skills. With her advancing age she requires vet care on a regular basis. Dr. Connor and Dr. Carr, along with the techs and all the staff are very patient with Lucy. Lucy always receives appropriate care and as fretful parents of a furbaby we receive much neded guidance and reassurance.

Excellent first visit with my four legged child today, Dr. Connor knew exactly what she needed and my girl is resting like a champ tonight. I wholeheartedly feel that the staff has Rigby’s health as their top priority. We can’t wait to see our new friends again.

Fran, Dr. Carr, and the staff behind the scenes took great care of our third bunny we had admitted. All are in great health after their surgeries. We couldn't be happier to have brought them here. True to their name, their kindness and care are exemplary. We highly recommend Kindness Pet Hospital.

The team at Kindness Pet Hospital continues to amaze me with their, well, KINDNESS! I had a potential pet emergency earlier this week. They allowed me to race over and made time to see one of our dogs. As it turns out, it was a minor incident that was addressed immediately. Every single staff member of this group is caring, responsive, professional and just all around fantastic. And this goes for the associates at both locations. Thank you for being such wonderful humans to our furbabies!
