It was my first time with my new mini Pinscher. The staff greeting us when we walked in and was smiling and happy. The vet and his assistant came happy. I love happy polite people ????

I was able to schedule a last minute appointment after being turned away from 3 different local vet's offices. They were so gentle and careful with my cat and I was even able to get a call back from the vet the day after her appointment.

Treated my baby with love they answered all my questions for me .the doctors and staff were great only wish they had grooming .wonderful place for my baby ❤

They are the most professional and caring group of people I have ever met. They treated my Sophie as if she was their own dog. I would highly recommend them to everyone with their pets well being and health.

I had to have my 14 year old Cinnamon put to sleep. This office was so thoughtful, compassionate , and caring.

Those good reviews are put on here by their family and frends, dont let that fool you. The one on Highway 5 is owned by the Kay family as well. They are rude and will milk you out of money! I haven't taken my babies to them for a long time because of it but I figure I would try again, BIG MISTAKE!! They were even worse then before. This last time I took them in one of my pomeranians contracted kennel cough due to unsanitary conditions, then all of them contracted it. I took them to a different Hospitol and it cost me 600 dollars and two months to get ride of it. This place and High 5 Animal Hospital are both pathetic!!! They keep taking my review down but I will keep posting it.

Kay Animal Hospital went truly above and beyond to save my sweet boy. Unfortunately he was too far gone. They didn’t give up on him and provided him with the best possible care. They cared for us too. They helped me grieve and provided knowledge and comfort. I truly can’t thank them enough on how they help him. Thank you.

This vet is incredible. I had to lay to rest my dog and they made sure he and my family as comfortable as possible. The nurse sat with me and talked to me about everything and made sure I was fine. Thank yall for taking care of my boy.

They are a good vet to go to prices are very reasonable

Very nice staff. They charged me $20 to clip my puppy's nails, which is kind of steep and wanted to charge $25 for one heartworm pill. Otherwise, is recommend them.

This place is terrible. They will completely screw you if given a chance.

Place is nice. It's real low-key so not alot of customers right now. They are not very big like most vet places, so if you happen to book an appointment on the same day as lots of other people, be prepared for a little waiting. It's best to get a time as early as possible. Overall great place, great staff.

Absolutely great staff. We unfortunately had to go for a pet emergency that did not end well. They ended up having to work afterhours because of us showing up and the entire time they were nothing but kind and being very compassionate about the whole situation. They showed true professionalism and that they care about animals that come there, for better or worse, during business time or pushing just past it. Thank you everyone that helped us.

They did dental work on my Kingston his breath was awful, not anymore they fix that. He was back to himself in one day.

Great staff. They take excellent care of your pets. They have an awesome boarding station. I've been taking my roommates dog for a few yrs now and no problems????
