New Hope provided spay/neuter services after I adopted my kitten from Paulding Co. Animal Shelter. I was going to a local vet but my heart brought me back to New Hope because of the good deeds they do. They are busy! And the staff is very caring. I also like their new location, as it has a "enter" door and "exit" door. It makes it easier for pet owners to check out & leave without going past the other pets so everybody doesn't get too excited! :-)

We just moved to the area from Savannah and weren’t sure where to go. I took my dogs to someone different in town and was vastly overcharged for services, had multiple tests that were unnecessary, and with days my dog got sick after her first visit. I took her back to the first place we went and they were very dismissive and charged us another outrageous fee for an exam with no results. I called new hope in a panic for help. They got my dog in right away, knew what was wrong immediately and their prices were much more affordable. The staff was professional and kind. I’m very grateful that we found new hope. Thank you New Hope.

The whole staff was very friendly and loving towards our puppy. They made our first vet experience as good as it could have been! So glad we chose to become a client with New Hope Animal hospital!

This was my 1st visit here. I had become unsatisfied with the vet I had used many years. I was given an appt within 4 days (which was amazing) Kingston was seen by Dr Jackson. She was compassionate, spoke to me as a human (not a payday).. Everyone I come in contact with, was amazing. As long as I have babies, I will come here. I highly recommend this practice.

I was referred to New Hope by a friend who’s dog was saved after a Copperhead bite. After visiting with our new puppy, I was very impressed and reassured that I was at the right place. The other customers were happy. The dogs were excited to be there and they put my little girl at ease for her shots. Even getting I. The floor with me where she was comfortable in my lap.

Our beloved Bengal, Luey, received the best care from Dr. Leathers and her team! Everyone was very professional. Jessica went above and beyond taking care of Luey, who can be a difficult patient. She has a great way of handling animals. Many thanks for an awesome experience!

They were great. My dog was very sick and they brought him back. They recommended the right care.

If you are looking for a vet that loves your fur child/ children as much as you do. I definitely recommend New Hope Animal Hospital. They have a very caring staff that makes sure your fur child/ children is taking care of. I've been taking my fur children at this location for years. I refuse to go anywhere else. Check them out and tell them that Honey and Cassius, sent you, You'll be glad you went. ????????❤️

This is our fur baby Bosco We lost His battle with cancer on October 22nd The staff and the veterinarian were truly amazing This is the best place I have Taken my babies too I will continue to you I'll continue to use them for anything To do with my babies I am truly blessed to now have them in my life and my fur babies Rest easy Bosco rest easy oct~22~21 We love you and we miss you oh so much

We were there almost 2 hrs. A 3:15 appointment took until 5:00 to finish. We will be going somewhere else.

The vet knew exactly what was happening and they were very honest which helped me make an incredibly difficult decision. Amazing bedside manner, extremely caring and trustworthy professionals. RIP my love.

Your staff is absolutely amazing. My baby Lulu had an emergency and they definitely got her better and truly put my worries at ease. Even discovered she may know how to swim which was a surprise to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

We just got our Akita puppy(Baki). She required urgent care after being with us for only 4 days. Everyone was so nice and they really took good care of our puppy. We experienced the most amazing service. Thank you Baki's mom

My babies love everyone at New Hope, as do I! I bring my 3 cats and 3 dogs, as well as all of my pet sitting clients, here. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My 3 lb male chihuahua Casper had something happen to him the night before. When I picked him up to put him on the bed he screamed. He jumped down and hide in our female chihuahua’s kennel. The whole next day he avoided me when he is usually up my butt 24/7. Later that afternoon I called New Hope and they told me to bring him in right away. I thought he might of fractured a rib playing with our bigger male chihuahua, but on examination the Doctor said his kneecap popped really loud. Come to find out this is common for this breed. He had some X-rays and got sent home with anti inflammatory meds. Thank you New Hope animal hospital for taking care of us quickly and professionally.

My puppy had a broken leg and they got me right in to see the doctor. Most places I called wanted me to wait 2 weeks to see a doctor....... REALLY!!! Very friendly staff and caring!!

Overall I like the services and care given but for some reason on this visit, after being seen in our room, we were left unattended for quite some time. This was not normal and hoping it was just do to busy.

We love the New Hope Animal hospital. We drive over an hour to have Dr. Mackey take care of our dogs. She is kind gentle and professional and will tell you straight up what is best for your animal. This practice is very busy but they're very passionate about what they do. I also love how the waiting area the reception area and the exam rooms are very CLEAN! It makes you feel very comfortable to let your pups out on the floor. They are absolutely worth the drive and I highly recommend Dr. Mackey she knows what she's doing and she's good at it.

Very caring and supportive when we had to have our Brownie put to sleep.
