We have used East Paulding Animal Hospital for over 25 years. On this occasion we took our Cat in after being bitten on the face by another animal. They were professional, caring and had him feeling better in a day. Thank you EPAH ???? meow

Great Veterinarians and staff! They treat your pets like their pets. We love them.

*WARNING* THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Brought my girlfriend's cat into the office because she has worms, and fleas. We we're told the exam would be $45 plus any additional medication we bought. We scheduled the appointment for the next day and brought her in. When we brought her in they looked over her, brought her in the back, weighed her. Eventually when the vet came back she said she was going to give her a de-wormer, we said okay. She also said she needed to do a urinalysis. Before we could ask about it she took the cat into the back and performed the test. When we went to pay we received a bill larger than expected. Eventually after several long phone calls of being talked down to and threatened to be put in collections after 90 days. Only after being threatened to be arrested for "theft of service" we decided to pay to shut them up and be done with the drama. Moral of the story... They took advantage of a young couple (I'm living out of my car by the way) who were just looking to help the cat. Choose a more honest and straight forward vet to treat your animals because all they care about is filling their pockets. IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS... MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY'RE DOING. They WILL do things and charge you without your knowledge. I wouldn't be surprised if they charged us for the air we we're breathing in their office...

your website clearly states "We know how important your pet’s health is to you" But you guys refuse new clients when I had an emergency. 12/10 3pm. Very unprofessional :(

Found the ladies at the front to be very caring, respectful ,yes busy, but never to brush you off or to make you feel unwelcome. The tech that brings you back and listens to you as what you have to say when you're in the room about your pet, writes what you say down and does never roll her eyes or make you feel like you're being rushed. When the doctor comes in the same way I feel they are for your pets. They care for them and they do their best for your pets. Your fur babies. I wish I had found them sooner. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful and they make you feel respected and cared for along with the fur baby. I do recommend East Paulding animal hospital

Love this place. The vets are wonderful, and the staff is caring. Communication is excellent. It's my home away from home at this point. Oh yes, my hoard of dutchies all love them, too!

Update: She passed away a few weeks later. While I was pleased with our visit, I am very disappointed that my dog is having adverse effects from the flea pill, & was just told they can't do anything to help, that I need to take her to an animal hospital. Not, bring her in, we will take a look.

East Paulding Animal Clinic was fabulous. When the vet I'd been using for the last year wouldn't see my sick dog for 5 days I called here and got an appt for just 1 day later. Dr Haggard was very knowledgeable. My dog had many medical conditions. She quickly came up with a solution for us to try without doing a lot of unnecessary tests. I highly recommend her and this practice. (I used this practice for a lot of years before moving out of state)

Biggest issue with this vet, for our fur babies, is that when an appointment is made it should be kept. 11:00 is 11:00, not 11:45. Especially when they called and ask you to be 10 mintues early for check in. With all that, an hour late on them, not the customers. Watched others animals come in after us and be seen before us. Seem to not have a schedule to follow, more like pick and choose who to see next regardless of an appointment made.

Didn't meet the doctor but everything went well with my cats spay and shots.

Great place to take your pets to for anything! Ive taken my dogs, cats, ferrets, even rabbits for a multitude of reasons and have had the best treatment!
