I called them when my regular vet was not responding. They immediately made room for my cat who I was worried about. Everyone was kind, professional, and very loving. Sly came home with medicine to help him and they are now my regular vets!

My 11 month old puppy Millie has been coming here for play care since she was about 4 months old and she absolutely loves it. It’s been great for her confidence and gives me a much needed break a couple days a week. She is so excited when I drop her off and almost looks sad when I pick her up. I love that it’s outdoors and not in a small empty room like some places. The staff is amazing and I trust them fully with her. The fact that it’s at an animal hospital makes me feel so much better just in case anything ever happened. Thank you to everyone at Cedarcrest for taking such good care of her!

This veterinarian saved my puppies life. My puppy had a parasite which caused him to throw up and have diarrhea for a few days. We tried everything that the breeder told us to do, but nothing worked as we didn't know he had a parasite. This was the only vet that would see him even though we were not established clients. They stabilize him, found out he had a parasite and referred us to a pet emergency room. Dr Chase and her team were quick, courteous and very helpful. I would recommend them.

Great service. Just moved here from kennesaw, needed a new vet when my pitbull got a bad cut on his paw. They took him immediately and helped me out tremendously. Earned a customer for life

The staff is amazing. This vet is more expensive than others I have been to, but there is a reason I ended up here. You get what you pay for. They have a passion for what they are doing and the animals and they offer a lot of amenities that other veterinarians in the area do not such as boarding and play care that my dog LOVES!

Shawna and Gabrielle are fantastic groomers. Highly recommend them both. They are quick and efficient. Unlike pets being at a salon all day my babies are done and ready around lunch time!

I just moved to this state and this was the first time my old fur baby got really sick. I was terrified! This facility got us an appointment expeditiously. Once we arrived, the staff and Vet were so polite, made us feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. The Vet quickly identified what was wrong with our little guy and prescribed the appropriate medication. What's great is that pricing in total was extremely reasonable; cheaper than our Vet from the state we moved from. Now our little guy is better than he's been in years! We've found our new Vet! And now my sister has decided to switch Vets.

I advised my brother to take his dog to Cedarcrest because I was dissatisfied with my current vet. He liked their services. So, I took my kid-with-fur in for a skin issue...and am in love with the team! The warmth, knowledge, and bedside manner of unmatched. The treatment is working, and me and my kid-with-fur couldn't be happier!

This place AND the people are amazingly sweet and awesome! I called the morning after our new puppy was up all night vomiting, and they were very comforting and understanding. They originally didn't have anything open for a couple of days, but called me back within a few hours and ended up being able to work us in on the same day! Once we got there, Dr. Chase was very thorough and informative. She went the extra mile and was determined to find out what was going on. She even gave us all the information for an emergency vet that is open 24/7, just in case we needed them after hours. All of the staff were extremely sweet with our pup! We are new to Cedarcrest Animal Hospital. This was our first time meeting Dr. Chase and the staff and they made us feel like they've known us their whole lives. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful Vet! We are happy to be a part of the CAH family! PS- Our sweet Oreo is doing GREAT! He is back to being an active, happy and loving little pup! ???????? Thank you SO much, CAH!! -The Mills Family

Communication is a big big problem. Dr maybe good my pet saw them once. Ive never met them. Previously waited too long for a scheduled appt time. Again Monday went it to check why it was taking so long and was told all rooms were full. Then why make tight appointments i left saying I've got 94yr old mom at home either reschedule or maybe i should find another place. Got home and received an email.. No no no it was not an apology or a reschedule... It was my dogs records !!! Previous visits I tried left me a bit disheartened ie Visited play care "once" but never got any reply to any of my questions. Never heard regarding an evaluation from the famous trainer. Photos posted online show too many dogs no humans except the person taking the photos. Nails cut tried "once" unevenly. Bath " once" brought out still wet. Sorry to say gonna switch. Especially since the email of dogs record came instead of a phone call. Today seems like we were removed from their petpro link. I guess they dont care....Sigh...

My furbaby sliced his paw pad on something July 3rd, a holiday weekend, and Cedarcrest came to the rescue! This isn’t our vet location and since it was a holiday weekend I called 4 24 hour emergency hospitals who all turned me away and then I called 9 other locations included our regular vet who all turned us away. When I called here they originally said they were booked, but once the woman on the phone heard the panic in my voice she put me on hold then came back and said she could get us in right now. He had to be put under and get sutures. They’ve been amazing with everything and I couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received thus far!

We have had both emergency and routine visits and in each case the staff and Doctors were professional and kind. The clinic is full service and offers anything a pet owner would need to keep his or her fur babies healthy and happy.

Our cat can be a little difficult outside of her home, but I trust that the professional staff at Cedarcrest will provide the best care and treatment for her. I am pleased with my overall experience at Cedarcrest Animal Hospital so far.

This was our first visit to cedar crest for us and our new editions kitties. We found cedar crest staff, techs, and vet to be very pleasant, caring, and compassionate with our fur babies. We were impressed with the quality of service and the treatment toward us and the cats. Cedar crest will have us as their customer for our babies needs. Highly recommend and pricing was in line for services rendered. We also appreciated everyone being friendly and loving on our boys.

Absolutely worst experience! We went to drop our dogs off the Friday of spring break. They said they have over 50 dogs coming in so to be patient (which seems like too many dogs to be properly cared for anyways). We waited 40 minutes in the parking lot for someone to come to our car. We didn’t say anything because we knew they were busy. We came back Monday to pick up our dogs. They stayed 3 nights. We called before arriving and paid for the services which I thought was extremely high, once I saw the receipt I saw we were double charged. No big deal, I called and they fixed the issue. Once they brought the dogs to our car they didn’t bring their belongings we sent them with and didn’t even know they belongings they had (dog bag, food, slow feeder bowl, and Kong toy). We waited a few minutes and they brought it out. As we go to leave the parking lot our dogs begin going to the bathroom ALL over the car. Our dogs are hyper and by no means perfect but they NEVER go to the bathroom in the house or in the car. We have taken them on road trips many times and this has never happened. I called the animal hospital and they said they had their “morning” walk and were about to go on their “evening” walk right before we called to get them. In my opinion the dogs need to be let out more than twice a day. Yes you can pay for extra walks but if I’m paying $30 a day for my dog to be taken care of going out twice a day for a few minutes is unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning.

I brought my senior Tortiecalico feline to Cedarcrest from Smyrna on the recommendation of my no longer practicing vet, Dr. Mike Davis. Best choice ever. The vet was professional but kind, thorough in her checkup, made suggestions to help me reduce my feline of substance’s weight loss???? My other two fur balls will be coming to them next. Reasonable pricing!

We take both of our Golden Retrievers to Cedarcrest and are very happy with the staff and the care that our dogs receive there. Dr. Qualls is so helpful and friendly and Kari is the best vet tech ever! We have also been happy with the adjustments and communications during the COVID situation, so we know what to expect when we arrive.

I have been taking my dogs to Cedarcrest Animal Hospital for a few years now, after having some horrible experiences with other veterinary offices in the area. I am confident in their care of my dogs. They are quick to get us in when something unexpected comes up, and even when they just need their annual check ups/shots. Dr. Qualls is dedicated to helping me find answers for problems my dogs might have, and strives to give me the most cost effective care available. I appreciate the entire staff at Cedarcrest Animal Hospital. Although I don't know them all by name, their smiles are always there to greet me and my dogs. Maggie, Kirby, and my granddog Crash thank you for all you do for us!

I am new to the area and tried to schedule a grooming appointment. Someone responded via email that they don't have any appointments the days I requested and that was it. Rather than the offer another day they just left it at that. This lack of professionalism and terrible first impression and customer experience forces me look elsewhere. I was going to check out the hospital to see if I liked it enough to see one of the vets but this first impression informs me better than anything.

I recently moved to Acworth and had gone to the same vet for 20 years prior to relocating. Needless to say I was going to be a bit picky. Everything here from the friendly staff to the large, open and clean building met my expectations.

I won't take my pets anywhere else! The doctors and staff are soooo good with my babies. They are able to offer multiple options for treatment for my elderly lab with hip issues to alleviate her discomfort.
